I would stay again just should have been offered something for no Internet the first night.

Cons:

Internet was out they had to walk me to room because keys wouldn’t activate got the key the next day because I went and asked for it ..was super hot the first night ac was on 70 didn’t know I had to turn it on 65 for the actual ac to work until my sister told me the next day because she’s been staying there.And also the girl at front desk promised us bottles of water and forgot so I had to walk back down and ask for them.

Great hotel and location; unpleasant staff

The hotel was disgusting
Pros:

The view and proximity to the Beach

Cons:

The room had several kinds of bugs, my husband has over 50 bug bites all over his body. We reported it to the front desk, we called the manager Will and never heard back

Never got to stay. I was told the reservation from booking.com was not received & they were full.
Pros:

I was told I did not have a reservation and was charged for the room anyway.

Not happy about booking but hotel was fine
Cons:

Booked a 2 bed queen with sleeper sofa and when we got to room there was no sleeper sofa.
Front desk stated they do not have sleeper sofas in this hotel that I needed to contact booking. Com

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Front desk clerk and manager were friendly and efficient. As well as a nice smile.

Cons:

Water stayed cold for a long, long time although they did warn us at the front desk when we checked in.
