Hotel correcto, desayuno bastante variado, personal cordial . Es un hotel 3 estrellas que cumple con las necesidades básicas y tiene extras como amenities en baño. El colchón de la cama es increíble, quiero su marca para tener uno en casa. Por ponerle alguna pega, las toallas del cuerpo son de tamaño medio. Estaría bien que fueran más grandes. El desayuno completo y correcto para esa categoría de hotel. Repetiría sin duda.

Pros:

Хорошее расположения отеля: можно прогуляться до основных достопримечательностей или доехать на автобусе, который останавливается рядом. Сам отель чистый, у меня был одноместный номер и он был даже больше, чем в других отелях Лондона, хотя и небольшой. В комнате была отдельная ванная, чай и кофе. Кровать удобная. Мои окна выходили на Belgrave Road, но не было шумно. Может потому что я была на Пасху, или вообще это не очень оживленный район. Сперва показалось, что окно дефектное: две створки были с зазором, было шумно и ветрено. Но потом я поняла, что есть специальный механизм их закрыть, и проблема была решена. Завтрак хороший, разнообразный. Персонал любезный. Уборка была каждый день. По моему опыту, для Лондона это отличный вариант, соотношение цена-качество прекрасное!

Superou as expectativas
Pros:

A localização é excelente, com o autocarro 24 que nos deixa quase à porta do hotel e que passa pelos principais pontos turísticos. Também está super perto do metro Pimlico e Victoria.
Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos.
As camas eram super confortáveis e o tamanho do quarto foi suficiente para os 4 dias que passamos em Londres. Não optamos pelo pequeno almoço por ser um preço elevado, mas tínhamos imensas opções perto do hotel. Recomendo!

Nightmare!
Pros:

I did like the location initially (close to various great restaurants). However, unfortunately the staff 😕 😑 was very intimidating and made my stay very uncomfortabl and unsafe. I suffered racism form the staff. I left feeling sad and disappointed for the way I was treated 😞 during my stay until Monday March 30th.

I am currently in a new property/Hotel. I am thankful that my experience at the new property is great, so I can recover from the very disrespectful treatment (racist staff) I received at the above mentioned property Best Western Corona Hotel.

I really hope 🙏 you understand what I experienced, and what I had to go through during my stay at the Best Western Corona Hotel. Agian, thank you ALWAYS for understanding and best regards to Team Booking.com.
