Enjoyable overnight visit
Pros:

Very convenient for tube and bus. Staff friendly and room was clean and comfortable

Pillows were lumpy - could with replacing

Pros:

The room was beds were super comfortable and made for a good nights sleep as well as the room being clean. The staff were very inviting and happy to answer any questions/point you in the right direction

Cons:

The shower was small, felt a bit like being in a cupboard. The hairdryer provided wasn't very powerful, and there was no air con, so had to crack the window as our room was boiling.

Coming back again to this hotel when in London
Pros:

The location is sentrally located. Not so far from the Victoria London station. The personnel are all friendly and helpful. I asked to borrow a charger, and a hair dryer and they helped me with it. They clean the room everyday. The room is small, but enough size to have one small bed and a queen size bed. The beds were comfortable. I like that the windows can be open, to let the air come inside the room. Silent at night, no noise from the streets.

Cons:

The carpet needs a thorough cleaning, and the bathroom is narrow. The electric outlet is an older version, so as a tourist one must bring a type G plug adapter.
