Buena ubicación, espacio reducido para tres, personal de recepción muy amable, buen desayuno
Pros:

El desayuno es completo, está bastante bien. El personal es muy amable e intentamos solucionar si te falta algo en lo que te puedan ayudar, sobretodo el personal de recepción. La ubicación es muy buena si te quieres mover desde Victoria station, puedes llegar andando en 10 minutos, e ir caminando a muchos lugares de interés. El Big Ben, Abadía de Wentminster y Palacio de Buckingham son los más cercanos. Y si te gusta andar puedes llegar en una hora a varios puntos interesantes. La zona es tranquila y segura con supermercados cercanos. Y si la habitación da a la calle principal, en nuestro caso no escuchamos ruidos.

Cons:

La habitación en la misma planta de recepción para 3 personas era pequeña y muy calurosa en julio, coincidieron días de bastante calor, en cuanto bajó un poco la temperatura se pudo dormir mejor. Tienen dos ventiladores. No hay neverita para poder guardar alguna botella de agua o fruta. El ruido de la habitación de al lado s notaba mucho. Portazos y conversaciones como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación, pero por la noche al permanecer er en silencio y era una habitación tranquila de ruidos exteriores o interiores. La habitación daba a la calle principal del hotel una calle tranquila.

Pros:

Location was great for what I required and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Stayed at the single room but the bed was small, and feet touched the wall, and that limited space to get comfortable. Add to that the heat, and I had a poor nights sleep.

Schöne Gegend in Westminster, super Lage.
U-Bahn in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen,. Buckingham palace auch zu Fuß kein Problem.

Good location for my particular needs.
The breakfast was very good, and the staff in attendance were both efficient and friendly. The room was ideal for my overnight stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were in the middle of a heatwave and there was no air conditioning in the room. I realise that this country is not geared up for such events and the hotel did provide a fan, but it still wasn’t sufficient enough to prevent me from having a good nights sleep.
