Literally in the terminal so I didn’t have to leave the airport, very convenient and easy to find.

Cons:

I would love it if they had a fitness center, but I don’t see any space availability.

Atendimento na Recepçao foi insensivel, pessoal antipatico. Alem disso, chegamos cansados com bagagem mas como chegamos 1 hora antes do check in nao deixaram que descansassemos as malas na recepcao como a maioria de hoteis fazem e ainda queriam nos cobrar 1/2 periodo de hospedagem caso quisessemos entrar essa uma hora antes, pra um hotel que fica DENTRO de um Aeroporto a falta de tato para esse tipo de situacao é simplesmente inaceitavel, visto que as pessoas buscam esse tipo de hotel justamente porque irao ter problemas com horarios de check in e check out devido aos voss de seus destinos. Uma ressalva: Diferente foi o staff da limpeza que eram cortezes. NOTA 0 para a Recepçao deste hotal. Nao voltaremos mais

Very clean room and comfortable. Very good location in T4. Easy to locate.

Cons:

Could improve signage to find hotel in T4. Coffee maker in room but no pods. No ability to make tea. No tea bages or milk. No price list to say what items in mini bar cost.

That it was in the airport.
The staff were friendly and obliging.

Cons:

The room was hot as there was no air conditioning as such just an air climatiser so we were told. The automatic card to open the room wasn't working so if we went out we had to ask staff to open the door with a key.
The noise, you can faintly hear the trains arriving and departing as it is on the floor below the hotel. It does appear to stop for a few hours.
The rooms are close to reception so you can hear all the conversations.

La ubicación es un zulo sin ninguna ventana.
Los muebles y periféricos son viejos y obsoletos. Están rotos algunos.
La ducha es antigua y sin gel ni champú.
La cama era incómoda.
