Pros:

It is near bukit bintang, pavilion and walkable.

Cons:

The room is small, the toilet layout is uncomfortable. I booked the triple bed. But there is no information to me about leakage and everythinh and they suddenly change me to a room with an extra bed. But the extra bed is on the floor. It is really like a boarding house. You can easily hear people's voice on the next door.

They have room to improve, management need to improve services.
Pros:

Location and very friendly Bangladeshi staffs

Cons:

Inside the room is not very good, such as no coffee supplies, face towel.
Very important that my credit card is showing as Novotel Hotel, this is very fishy, if need I can provide a screenshot. I asked the front desk manager, he is not aware of it, he took a screenshot from my phone. Just wondering if it part of money laundering
