My stay started with several problems, but it improved after I was moved to a better room.
Pros:

The staff member on the second day was very helpful and quickly moved me to another room on the third floor. The second room had a good air conditioner and was much more comfortable than the first one.

Cons:

When I first arrived, I was given a different room than the one originally assigned to me. The room felt unpleasant, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. After the first night, the air conditioner leaked water onto my laptop. Fortunately, my laptop was not damaged. The bathroom in the second room also had an unpleasant smell.

The place was really near bukit bintang..nice . spacious... the room just nice..got rooftop ..can lepak2 at night...got water heater n mini fridge..

Cons:

but sometimes got smelly bedroom.. the bedsheet a bit smelly n dirty..maybe can improve more..
