Best, dekat dgn buskin. Yg mana ada kids, nak tidur malam tak terganggu tak bising dgr buskin. Tempat parking pun dekat je. Nak p times square pun dekat jalan kaki, lalu shortcut dkt panda eyes. Kedai makan semua dekat. Akan repeat 👍🏻

Really bad experience at the hotel
Pros:

Shops were close by

Cons:

Mould in the washroom, old towels, filthy bedsheets, stains on the pillows, soap that was provided had the worst fragrance, wifii was slowest i ever seen anywhere, muslim shower wasn’t working in the toilet.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und mit der Lage in Bukkit Bintang ist alles gut zu erreichen (Geldwechsler, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Monorail und KMT, etc.)

I would never recommend this hotel to others. They do not value their guests.

The hotel canceled my reservation just one night before my arrival, while I was on the flight and unable to check emails. When I arrived to check in, I was informed that my booking had been canceled due to “maintenance,” without any apology. The receptionist was rude and blamed me for not checking my email. Later, I found that my room had been given to another guest for a higher price. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to search for another hotel for 4–5 hours, which completely ruined my tour plan for the day.

Disappointing Stay and Unacceptable Room Downgrade

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Star Q Hotel.

We booked a Deluxe King Room, expecting to stay in the hotel and room we booked and booking details. However, upon arrival, we were unexpectedly transferred to another hotel without a clear or proper explanation. At first, we assumed it was simply another branch, but later realized that the accommodation we were given was not equivalent to what we booked.

Instead of a Deluxe King Room, we were provided with what appears to be only a standard or queen room, based on your brochure. This was a clear downgrade, yet no refund, price adjustment, or discount was offered.

What made the experience even more disappointing was that the room we were transferred to did not match the promised amenities, including:
• No window
• No slippers
• No microwave
• Missing facilities listed in the room description

The hotel and room we stayed in were not what we paid for nor what we expected. This situation caused frustration and inconvenience, especially since we planned our stay based on the room features advertised.

We believe this experience was unfair and misleading, and we hope management will review this matter seriously. Guests should be informed properly and compensated accordingly when room changes or downgrades occur.

We look forward to your response and a proper resolution.

saya book starQ hotel sebab dalam gambar bilik yg besar & luas. bila sampai sana staff bagitau bilik tak ada & tranfer ke AQ hotel, bilik yg kecil & sempit.

The room service is not done unless demanded so our room towels n neccecities is not replenishes until we request for it
