Emplacement.

Cons:

Salle de bain pleine de moisissures, salle du petit déjeuner petite, pas d’ascenseur. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation fournie.

De centrale locatie middenin de oude stad.

Cons:

1. De herrie van de nabijgelegen "pub street".
2. We hebben niet één keer het ontbijt op tijd gekregen, ondanks reservering op de avond ervoor. Dit is zeer hinderlijk als je op tijd weg moet.

Pros:

Fairly nice hotel in a central area of old quarter ....with helpful english speaking staff.

De locatie is echt super goed! In een zij straat van alle bars maaar toch erg rustig.

De kamer was echt vochtig en daardoor ook schimmel aanwezig op de muren.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bad mit geräumiger Duschkabine. TV, Safe, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee+Kaffee vorhanden. Frühstücksauswahl.
Evtl. wichtig: enges Treppenhaus.
Sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße der Beerstreet. Dennoch absolut ruhig. Haben schon 3 weitere Nächte w/Rückflug gebucht.

Tracey is incredible, She gave me so many great food places to try and even helped me set up the location in WhatsApp. The amazing location right in the heart of everything and yet the outside sound non existent. I stayed over new year’s and outside was so loud but I couldn’t hear anything once the windows were closed.

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Lage sehr zentral, mehr positives kann man leider nicht sagen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, es roch muffig/schimmelig, auch durch lüften war kaum Besserung möglich.

Great hotel
Pros:

The location is good. I like the staff members and how comfortable the room was. Shout out to Ms. Tracey she helped me with everything I had. Taxi, tour guide and checking the room. I recommend this hotel for short stay solo and family travelers.

Cons:

One of my pillow case was not changed when I arrived. It had a foul smell. But after that everything went well.

It was a horrible experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE - DRUNK RECEPTIONIST
The receptionist was extremely drunk and asleep on the couch when I arrived, and he was unable to help. The hotel denied it through communication on Booking.com after two days, saying he was just tired (haha). There is no lift and no assistance available, since the receptionist was drunk.

The next morning, I spoke to another receptionist who said she would contact the manager, but the manager never reached out to us.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Mold had been painted over. I paid for breakfast but did not eat after seeing the kitchen.

I do not recommend this hotel!
