Pros:

Room is quite spacious. Near the masjidil haram. The price is cheap. Aircond, Lift, Buggy Services.

Cons:

On top of the hill. Small alley. There were construction nearby, no view.

موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين

Cons:

الغرفة غير جيدة . والسراير غير مريحة وعدم نظافة الغرفة بسبة 50 % الكهرباء في الغرفة سببت لي خراب الشاحن بحيث انه انفجر دورة المياه غير جيده .
بمقابل المالي فيه مبالغ فيها بالنسبة للخدمات السيئه

Makkah tower was visible from room. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Free golf cart for hotel to haram and vice versa.

مكان حلو قريب من الحرم 10 دقايق مشي و في جولف كار 24 ساعة ، و اللي بيسوقو الجولف كار جمال اوى و بيهتمو بالناس جدا

Very bad. No honesty. Deceiving people saying that it is 5 to 7mins walk from haram which is very untrue.
Very bad location in front of demolition on a very steep hill not smooth.
No photos from bathroom.

Lovely staff always friendly, even though we arrived late they still had our room ready for us.
Was my first time coming here and for what it is it’s not bad. Get a free lift towards masjid and when you’re done meet at same place for pick up. 24 hour service so it’s all good. Would definitely be going back for what it is it’s worth it just going there for sleep and shower to be honest most of the day you’re just about and exploring. Shops are local and pharmacy nearby so can’t complain
