Pros:

We stayed for two nights and had a good time. The property is located up the hill, hence the amazing views. The breakfast was decent, the room was small but cozy. The views undoubtedly the best part of the stay.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned even after us repeatedly asking the staff if we should leave the keys at the reception for cleaning to which they responded not required, we’ll do it.

Pros:

Locația este minunată, curată, dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie, cu o priveliște minunată și mâncare foarte bună. Am mers a doua oară la aceeași cazare, și ne place enorm de mult. Revenim cu drag oricând!

Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder den Bildern. Der Zustand war deutlich schlechter als erwartet, insbesondere in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und allgemeine Qualität.

Besonders schlimm war jedoch die Situation in der Nacht: Durch ein Café im Haus bzw. direkt darunter wurde bis ca. 3 Uhr morgens geraucht und es war extrem laut. Der Zigarettenrauch zog die ganze Nacht über durch den Flur bis in die Zimmer, sodass es dauerhaft stark nach Rauch gerochen hat. An Schlaf war unter diesen Umständen kaum zu denken.

Aufgrund dieser unzumutbaren Zustände haben wir die Unterkunft bereits nach der ersten Nacht verlassen, obwohl unser Aufenthalt ursprünglich länger geplant war.

Besonders ärgerlich: Trotz der klaren Mängel haben wir keinerlei Rückerstattung erhalten – weder vom Hotel noch über Booking.com. Der Hotelbesitzer reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten, und man wird als Kunde letztendlich alleine gelassen.

Fazit: Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft. Spart euch Zeit, Geld und Nerven.

De uitstraling is geweldig, en nog beter zijn de vriendelijke medewerkers. Tijdens de avonddienst was er een jonge man die uitstekend was, zijn naam is Mohammed. In de ochtenddienst was de service ook heel goed. Bedankt voor alles.

I read the previous reviews before I booked this hotel that’s, it was only a trial stay for 3 nights and thinking to extend as I am on 3 weeks holiday. I’m the type who just doesn’t believe in reviews … but the reviews are truthful, yeah, you feel weird that the staff members do not act and appear interested in helping their guests. I really don’t know, but it was not a good feeling.
The breakfast, forget about it, skip it and enjoy it somewhere else, it all about 1 egg, 2-3 slices of cheese, 4 pieces of olives and 1 cup of Turkish tea.
The room size, it’s too small you have to walk sideways as the bed consumed the whole place.
The shower is dilapidated, the shower hook is broken you have to hold it while showering haha. It’s generally in a state of disrepair.
It’s the first hotel that I stayed that doesn’t offer daily room cleaning, according to their policies, they clean the room only after every 3 days. So you have to clean it yourself haha.
And please, do not book this hotel if you have mobility issues, it’s located uphill.

A fürdőből vissza csapódott a wc szag zsumpa szag,a wc papír elfogyott nem volt kitöl kèrni mivel csak 1 darabot rakták ki az is megkezdett volt.Es minden reggel megkèrdeztèk ,hogy a szoba foglalàshoz volt e reggeli fizetve pedig ugyan az a személyzet volt.

Cafétéria et l'emplacement

Cons:

Équipement: chambre très petite, pas de place de rangement même pas une armoire juste une petite Penderie, pas de fixe pas de réception.
Service : le nettoyage se fait une fois sur les 3 jours.
De plus, On avait un problème de communication avec le staff qui ne maîtrise aucune langue.
Petit déjeuner : le staff n'était pas au courant que le petit déjeuner était inclus, et chaque jour nous demande le paiement.
Après résolution de ce problème, on nous a servi un petit déjeuner répétitif sans boisson (sauf un mini thé).
