Dari awal datang staff tidak ramah, bahasanya kurang baik di dengar, seharusnya jika menjelaskan peraturan atau sistem di penginapan harus mengunakan bahasa dan gestur yang baik. Tolong belajar lagi cara menyambut tamu, saya memutuskan tidak jadi menginap meskipun uang tidak kembali..

Service was fine, surrounding was safe, but facilities need improvement.
Pros:

I did not avail for any meal, but it was fine because there were several food stalls around the area.
I like the way they respect their visitor's privacy.
The bed is comfortable enough because of its size and texture.
The size of the room is okay too.

Cons:

It could have been better if the pillows were cleaned and covered well, because they still had (armpit) smell.
It could have better also if they put at least 2 bath towels, because I stayed for 5 nights and there was only 1 bath towel.
It could have also been better if the wifi connection was good in the rooms, because it is true that there was wifi but the access was very limited. The connection was weak and it couldn't reach the toilet.
An exhaust fan at the toilet, at least, so air could exit the room could have also made the room better.
