Schöne Unterkunft an ruhiger und hübscher Lage. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf Reisfelder und die Berge. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bett was sehr bequem und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Maravilhosa !
Pros:

O Homestay é muito bonito, com uma decoração muito romântica e uma bela vista para o lago à frente a a montanha ao fundo. A localização é ótima com uma curta caminhada ao centro da vila. A proprietária foi muito gentil e atenciosa e o café da manhã excelente. Voltaremos com certeza.

Einfach alles. Die Besitzer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Fahrräder kostenlos. Die Tickets für den Nachtbus wurden auch für uns besorgt mit Abholung vom Homestay. Leider kann ich nur 10 Punkte geben . Vielen Dank für alles.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent accueil et séjour très agréable
L’emplacement est très bon, un peu à l’écart du bruit et de l’animation mais à 5-10 mn à pieds des restaurants et embarcadère pour les boat tour.
Chambre dans un bungalow, confortable mais basique. Petite terrasse.
Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux en terrasse avec vue sur les rizières
Prêt de vélos un peu fatigués

Cons:

La cloison entre les bungalow n’est pas épaisse donc selon les voisins, on peut être gênés

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille !
Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins avec nous et nous avons été accueillis avec le petit déjeuner alors que nous arrivions par le train de nuit. La chambre était prête rapidement dans la matinée, elle était propre et confortable pour 4.
Nous avons pu louer des scooters immédiatement en arrivant.
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner car c'était notre meilleur au Vietnam avec de délicieux pancakes, des oeufs, du pain, du jus de fruits frais, des fruits... très copieux !

Très joli et confortable Homestay dans un cadre magnifique, au calme mais proche des activités.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, gentils et à nos petits soins. Ils nous ont prêté des vélos et un siège pour enfants pour nous permettre de faire nos activités.

Pros:

We had a lovely time at Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay. They really went above and beyond to be accommodating including making us a takeaway breakfast the day we checked out. This is a great spot that feels secluded yet still walking distance to the town centre.

Cons:

It would be great to have a mirror in the room!

Zeer aangename en comfortabele homestay met mooie ligging
Pros:

Onze gastvrouw en haar gezin waren super vriendelijk.
De locatie was ook top. Het ligt in een rustiger gebied net buiten Tam Coc. Ze bieden gratis fietsen aan die je kan gebruiken en dan ben je in 5 minuten in het stadje.
Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk. De kregen pannenkoeken, omelet, watermeloen, koffie en fruitsap. Tot nu toe het beste ontbijt van onze reis.

Fantastisch.
Pros:

Wij verbleven in Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay en alles was gewoon perfect.

De ontvangst was ontzettend warm en familiair — je voelt je hier meteen welkom. De eigenaars zijn supervriendelijk en helpen met alles: fietsen, brommer, tips voor uitstappen…

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en vers bereid, elke ochtend opnieuw een fijne start van de dag.

De ligging is ideaal: rustig tussen de rijstvelden, maar toch op korte afstand van het centrum van Tam Coc. Geen druk verkeer of lawaai, gewoon genieten van het uitzicht en de stilte.

De kamers waren netjes en comfortabel.

Een absolute aanrader als je in Tam Coc verblijft!

Bellissimo posto, in mezzo alle risaie, a soli 5-6 min a piedi dal centro di Tam Coc. La proprietaria e il suo marito sono delle persone splendide, l’appartamento era pulitissimo e la colazione varia e molto buona. Un’ottima scelta per soggiornare per qualche giorno a Ninh Binh. Biciclette messe a disposizione gratuitamente per poter visitare i dintorni

Dejligt sted. Flot natur, blomster, roligt, tæt på byen, cykler, skønt vært, værelser mm alt fint.
Pros:

Herlig natur lidt udenfor byen og alligevel nemt at nå., cykler. gode værelser med god atmosfære, rent uden fugt.. wi-fi fint. Fantastiskt værtspar med hjælp til transport og alt.
Jeg kommer igen her.

Pros:

La location è strepitosa. La struttura si trova in mezzo alle risaie ma a due passi dal centro e dalla biglietteria dei boat tour.
Abbiamo dormito nella stanza vista giardino ed è perfetta per chi ama il silenzio e la quiete.
Ottima la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente delle biciclette, che anche se un po' malridotte, permettono di girare per i dintorni e raggiungere in 15 minuti Mua Cave.
La stanza è carina (metterei uno specchio che non è presente), il letto comodo e il bagno spazioso ma senza finestra.

Cons:

La pulizia è molto carente. Ci sono oggetti appesi ai muri con strati decennali di polvere.
A differenza di altri viaggiatori, non ho trovato la proprietaria così accogliente come invece mi è capitato finora in altre strutture. Forse perché siamo rimasti solo 1 notte e voleva farci andare via il prima possibile. Non ci ha dato nessuna indicazione all'arrivo  e anche quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto per un trasferimento verso Hanoi, ci ha suggerito un transfer privato costoso e altre opzioni non adatte alle nostre esigenze dicendo che avremmo trovato traffico, quando invece rivolgendoci ad una compagnia non solo abbiamo pagato di meno, ma ci abbiamo messo meno tempo di quanto previsto.
Forse aveva la giornata storta, ma è stata frettolosa e poco collaborativa.

Pros:

This homestay is amazing! You are treated like family right when you arrive. Clean and comfortable. Situated right in front of a mountain facing the rice fields. Nga was so helpful and kind and arranged for her husband to tour us around! It is quiet and peaceful and only a 5 minute walk to the main town centre. Highly recommend!
