Amazing place, probably the best accommodation experience I have ever had. Location was great and the free bikes made it really convenient to get around. Nga was extremely helpful and is the sweetest lady ever. Highly recommend.

Lovely homestay in great location and excellent breakfast!
Pros:

We loved it here! We arrived early morning and the staff allowed us to check-in to our room early, which was great after a long sleeper bus journey. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast included was one of the best we had on our South East Asia trip. It was great having the bicycles included, helpful for exploring the beautiful local sites and the rice fields. Room was clean and spacious, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ninh binh!

The location was excellent, out of all the noise surrounded by the mountains and rice fields but a very short 5min walk to town. The staff were fantastic and the pancakes for breakfast were delicious

Pros:

We loved the view over the rice fields and the free bikes made our trip. We got breakfast before checking in which was very helpful as we arrived on an early morning bus on a rainy day

Pros:

Las camas son muy cómodas, y todas las habitaciones tienen una pequeña terraza para descansar después de un día de excursiones.
La familia que lo regenta es muy amable y simpática.
Está cerca del centro pero lo suficientemente alejado para no escuchar ruido por la noche.
El desayuno que preparan es espectacular (tortilla recién hecha, pancakes, zumo natural...), además se toma en una terraza superior con unas vistas muy bonitas.

Cons:

Algún día el baño olía un poco mal, aún así la estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Siedzieliśmy tutaj niesamowity czas, właściciele obiektu są przekochani, czuć od razu na wejściu rodzinną atmosferę. Lokalizacja do atrakcji top, można dojechać tam na spokojnie rowerkiem (które są darmowe) , a jednak cisza od miasta. Śniadanie było niesamowite. Z całym sercem polecamy

Pros:

Heel mooie kamer met goede bedden. De ligging is heel goed. Dicht bij Tam Coc, maar toch rustig gelegen met een heel mooi uitzicht. We hadden een fijn terras met een mooi zicht op de tuin. Het ontbijt was heel lekker. Je kan ook gratis fietsen van het hotel gebruiken om de omgeving te verkennen. (Bij de Tam Coc Pet Coffee - Drink and Food kan je bijvoorbeeld heerlijke smoothies drinken). Het zwembad was ook heel fijn. De eigenaar is ons in Ninh Binh aan het station komen ophalen wat voor ons heel gemakkelijk was. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Cons:

Vi opdagede sidste aften, at der løb rotter inde i de bambusrør, som værelset er lavet af. Vi er bange for rotter og synes de er meget ulækre, så det ville være fint at vide på forhånd. Hvis man er ligeglad, kan man se bort fra dette.
