Due to the poor cleanliness, lack of service, and no action from the staff, this will unfortunately be my first and last

I could see only all the location.

Cons:

The toilet is not clean. I have requested a remote control for the television many times but still have not received it. There is also a disturbing noise that is bothering me. Additionally, the staff’s reaction has been very cold and no action has been taken to resolve these issues.
