Hôtel exceptionnel par la qualité et le raffinement de l’ensemble sans oublié l’accueil chaleureux du propriétaire car nous sommes arrivé un peu avant l’heure et il a fait le Check pour nous car normalement il se fait soi-même. Très bon café gratuit dans le hall d’accueil et croissant offert dans la chambre avec des bouteilles d’eau qui nous ont servi de petit déjeuner et c’était parfait.
Belle petite ville bulgare avec ses petits commerces et un bon restaurant rapport qualité prix à proximité : le Pectopaht

The hotel is very remote but there is still a carport for parking. The room also provided water and a packaged croissant, which was very nice.
The bed was comfortable but it was only designed for one person, which could surely be fixed quickly but our check-in was very late

The hotel, the owners, the park. Having always been a fan of small, family-run hotels - this is quite possibly the best one! We were welcomed with a smile and received nothing but care and assistance since we traveled with our 5 month old baby. So much so, that we decided to stay another night. I'm so glad that there are people like this who decide to open hotels.

Brand new hotel, perfect shower and airco, easy parking.
Good, comfy beds. Very clean rooms. Small refrigerator perfect for cooling drinks. Room also has an air conditioner.

On the edges of Sofia, on a main bus route if needed, there was off road parking available (under shade) for our hire car.
The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is lovely and clean with lovely internal decoration, a very luxury feel to the whole place.
We chose a top floor room (3 flights, no lift) so we could have a balcony, such great views of the surroundings hills & city.
Very quiet night, comfy bed, air con if needed, lovely large bathroom with toiletries provided (used and very nice)., shower and a bath!
In the room there is a mini fridge, ideal if you have some drinks/food with you.
Lovely bar downstairs, where you can get a very nice cup of English tea :-D There are lots of other drinks and snacks all at reasonable prices.
It did look like there were restuarants/mini markets in walking distance, but we were only there for the night before our flight (15 mins drive to airport) so didn't explore.
Bedside lamps - not enough light to read from.
Mop or something to use after a shower, so floor isn't soaking for next person going in.
For the top floor we would have liked the facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room to enjoy out on the balcony.
