Pathetic dirty room and view

I don't think there is anything you're gonna like.

Cons:

As a hotelier i know it's a budget hotel or you can call a resort, so there were not that many expectations about the property. But our experience was pathetic. Here is my honest review.

Firstly the cleanliness of the room and property is a full disaster. They gave us a corner room, full of stains on the bedsheets and duvet cover It looks like they have not changed for a long time also one of the pillows doesn't have a pillow cover. Full of dust everywhere in the room. When I see the washroom like I can't even able to write full of vomiting on it and shit marks on jet spray. The kettle was used by the previous guest smelling like shit, glasses and cups are very dirty. The floor was sticky.
Secondly the view, what they have posted in different booking sites are fully faked, there don't even have greenery. If anyone wants I can share the detailed photos.
Thirdly electricity, sometimes after checking in the electricity is gone, when I call them they are saying that some DG work is going on it will take sometimes. After 2-3 hrs electricity came but ac/television/all the socket were not working no water supply in the room. Again I called them and they said the same thing. It took more than 5-6 hrs to rectify.
Fourthly, the pool was very dirty and it looked like it was not cleaned for a month, when I asked them to clean they removed the dead leaves. It was full of sand, algae and water was in very bad condition.
Fifthly, there was some strange noise coming at midnight in the room and you will not be able to sleep.
Sixthly, insects can easily come inside the room.

Don't go with the photos they have shared in social media and booking sites. Also the price is a bit high for this dirty room. Also it's very far from the beach.

Do not ask for offline bookings, Online it was showing me 1000 and staff quoted 2500 and 4500 for extension.
Staff was lazy and couldn't even get me simple spoon and plates.
