15 minutes walk from Kyoto station in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel very clean. Comfortable beds.

環境算乾淨，但服務需要多加油喔！
Pros:

1.住宿地點很安靜。
2.地點在九條，離東福寺只有一站距離。到清水寺、琉璃光院等景點，無論是坐巴士或轉車都很方便。
3.抽屜有茶具、餐盤和叉子，方便在房間用餐或泡茶。

Cons:

1.服務人員只在第一天入住時和隔日提供備品時見到過~可能很忙吧！
2.入住四晚，沒有打掃房間服務。需要備品時，得透過message告知，隔日送來，或放在房門口。(提供3瓶迎賓礦泉水，其他用水，得自己用水龍頭的水煮沸後放涼)
3.退房前一晚，詢問服務人員可否預訂或隔日幫忙叫計程車。回覆是預定計程車和指定車型的話，計程車公司會額外收取指定費用。請我們自己用Uber。(但前一間旅店卻可以幫忙，且態度極佳)
所以，服務可以多加油喔！

Pros:

Buona posizione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, subito pronto a rispondere ai vostri problemi e a cercare una soluzione.

Cons:

Poco spazio per 4 persone. Una volta che si aprivano i futon tutto lo spazio a disposizione era terminato. Stanza umida.
