Pros:

Everyone one of the staff was welcoming and very helpful. The food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable.

One of the best value for money stays near the airport
Pros:

Squeaky clean interiors, brand new furnishings. Convenient location from the airport.
Surprisingly one of the best dinners at the in-house restaurant, quite authentic Indian flavours and pizza was amazing as well

Cons:

Sloe service and the gentry at the restaurant was very loud. Despite the interiors of a star property, the people talking on other tables were so loud that it seemed like a fish market.
The food took a lot of time to arrive as well

The arrival was seamless.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is in a very dodgy area. When we arrived, the initial room we got was dirty and uncleaned from the previous guest even though we were checking in at 5pm. I had to ask for a new clean room. The hotel also has a “party” at their rooftop restaurant that gets really loud throughout the hotel. So if you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this may not be for you. The music does stop at around midnight though.

Pros:

La habitación está muy bien y ahí paramos de contar.

Cons:

Ubicación terrible, no se puede salir. Experiencia comiendo un desastre, más de una hora esperando y solo acertaron un plato de 4 que habíamos pedido. La piscina sucia del polvo de las obras cercanas.

Perfect stay in Nairobi, will definitely come back.
Pros:

It was a 10/10 minus nothing!. Amazing staff, even when i left money in the room Winifred kept it with a note. I felt most welcome and the facilities were top notch, sauna and steam room available for use at any time . I can only recommend it 💯
