C’è molto su cui lavorare!
Pros:

Lati positivi: posizione, staff molto gentile e disponibile, colazione con prodotti buoni.

Cons:

La pulizia è stata molto scadente, le stanze sono datate e con scarsa manutenzione e segnalo innanzitutto che una vasca da bagno liscia come quella è veramente pericolosa… noi abbiamo rischiato di scivolare e non oso nemmeno pensare ad una persona anziana! Il bagno in sé era veramente scomodo e vecchio con pessima manutenzione e se parliamo del letto: era scomodissimo con dei cuscini inesistenti che rendono il riposo veramente difficile. La stanza oltretutto rimaneva sulla strada principale quindi il passaggio continuo di macchine di notte disturbava molto. Diciamo che per quanto pagato mi aspettavo molto di più! Peccato perché la posizione è ottima per la sua vicinanza al centro e lo staff è stato gentile.

Super pour des séjours de très courtes durées
Pros:

La chambre était simple et fonctionnelle. Elle était propre. L'hôtel est à proximité immédiate de la gare, c'est très pratique.
Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

La chambre 28 n'a pas de climatisation. Dès lors, pour avoir de l'air un peu frais, il faut ouvrir la fenêtre. Celle-ci donne à la perpendiculaire de la rue principale qui est très bruyante. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous voulez aller dormir tôt ou vous réveiller tard.

Pros:

It was a very short stay, but I was satisfied. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Lugano is a beautiful place. ❤️
