Vicinissimo alla stazione di Lugano, dotato dei servizi essenziali.

Cons:

Benché la camera avesse tutto il necessario, l’impressione che si ha è quella di un hotel un po’ decadente. Privo di aria condizionata, la camera era davvero troppo calda.

Ikke et hotel jeg vil bo på igen.

venligt personale og gode madresser.

Cons:

1. Et meget lille værelse ud til “baggård”. Fik vi et dårligere værelse fordi der var rabat fra booking.com?
2. Der var ekstremt varmt i værelset i forhold til hotelgangen. AC blev ikke tilbudt.
3. Modsat beskrivelsen var der hverken badekar eller træ-gulve.
3. Der var skimmelsvamp i bruseren i mellem fliser. (manglende vedligehold).
4. Det var ikke muligt at fastgøre bruseren på holderen. den “hang” når man forsøgte at fastsætte. (manglende vedligehold)
5. Sæbe var små flade billige plastkuverter.

Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir kamen rel.spät und kurzfristig, deshalb sind wir dankbar dass wir ein Bett bekamen

Cons:

Mobiliar sehr abgeschafft, altbacken, Zimmer mit "Balkon", das war eher ein Podest auf dem man sich kaum um sich selber drehen konnte, mit recht niedrigem Geländer, im 4. Stock, nur für schwindelfreie Raucher.
Der Filterkaffee am Morgen war grauseliger Sockensaft, netterweise bekamen wir dann Capuccino ohne Aufpreis.
