Gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof ist sehr gut, es war ruhig, das Bett ok, Das Bad großzügig und sauber. Ein erstes Zimmer ohne AC war sehr warm, deshalb Zimmerwechsel gegen Aufpreis mit AC genommen.

Pros:

2 Minuten vom Bahnhof Lugano.Vor der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle.Das Zimmer hatte sehr grosses Bad,und war zur Rückseite,ohne Lärm der Hauptstrasse.Sogar der Ventilator für die Nacht war vorhanden.
Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut

Pros:

Very close to station which was ideal for us. Room was small but comfortable and adequate.

Pros:

Very close to the train station. Nice hotel with elevator, nice room with balcony. Nice view from the balcony. Big room and bathroom. They even offered iron clothing and table for it free of charge.

Receptionist was very friendly and stayed late due to our train delay.
Location is very convenient when traveling by train.

Cons:

Hotel interior is quite old. You get a basic room and you hear noise from other guests and the street. Shower gel comes in small single use paper pouches. Breakfast is reasonably priced, but also quite basic (filter coffee, 1 type of juice, toast bread or dry other bread).

Good all round but the shampoo and body gel being dispensed in mini sachets was the only downer.
Pros:

Size of bathroom was generous. Location was convenient. Had a nice view and mini balcony from 4th floor.

Cons:

Security seemed a little on the lax end. Wished they could issue 2 keys for convenience and flexibility when 2 persons share the room. They should also provide proper shampoo and body gel rather than in sachets.

Petit hôtel parfait pour un petit séjour

Accueil et propreté et près de la gare et arrêts de bus pour se déplacer vers le centre-ville
