Next time I would stay here again.
Pros:

Best location, few minutes walk from train station and in front of bus stop.
On the very busy street but inside the room is quiet. Clean room and friendly staff, very good value for money.

Pros:

Very quiet room facing to the back of the building; ideal location if arriving to Lugano by train (hotel is literally next to the train station); very friendly and helpful staff; quick and easy check-in/out process; good breakfast for reasonable price

Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Até nos deixarem guardar a mala no hotel após o checkout. Quarto bem equipado, confortável, banheiro bom também, com bidê.

A localização é ótima, pertinho da estação de trem.

Cons:

Não gostei dos preços na Suíça. Está tudo muito, muito caro
