I liked the spaciousness of the room, the good airconditioning, shower and wifi. It was a little bit of a puzzle to get in the first time, but when we got used to it, it was not difficult and felt safe. Good communication via Whatsapp. Space to store luggage was unclear. Nice and convenient location. Not too noisy, although sometimes a base tone from a nearby restaurant terrace could be heard.
Uppgraderade rummet för att få en uteplats men det gick inte ens att öppna dörren (utan en nyckel vilket vi ej fick med). Men det gjorde ju iof inte så mycket eftersom uteplatsen var så pass smutsig och inte förberedd. Hade även problem med incheckningen, stod fel adress i beskrivningen, när vi först tillträdde rummet var de tidigare gästerna inte utcheckade och när vi väl fick tillträde fanns det ej handdukar så vi fick köpa egna. Läget var dock toppen!

Location is great, but pillows are so so bad, cleaning very bad also, hardly to be cleaned, a.c not working, it wasent a pleasent stay complitly
Es centrico y la habitación estaba bien. En contra el acceso al edificio complicado y no hay ni limpieza de nada. Hemos pedido después de 3 días un cambio de toallas. Estando 5 noches.
Nothing.
Terrible! We arrived at 02:00 am and our room was not cleaned! The sheets were dirty and used and pubic air all around.. on the bathroom the toils were dirty.. the trash bin was full.. we contacted Vaci Loft via whatsapp and they indicated us other 2 rooms, 1 in the same condition and the last without a bed ! They didnt give any other option, so we had to search for hotels untul 4:00 am in the cold evening until we finally made it Mercury Hotel where we had to pay 200 euros extra. In the upcoming day Vaci Loft were trying to make up saying they have sent a message with other coordinates for other building which we never received.. we followed all the instructions on the first email. The worst situation i ever had i dont recomment Vaci at all!!!!
Nous avons réservé le logement 3 mois à l'avance. La veille de notre arrivée, j'ai appelé l'établissement car je n'avais reçu aucune information sur le lieu de remise des clés (il était indiquer que je recevrais un message 24h avant).
Après 2 appels et plusieurs messages, on m'a informé que j'allais recevoir les informations.
A 1h du matin le jour de notre arrivée, j'ai effectivement reçu un message mais pour nous informé que notre réservation était annulée pour des raisons techniques.
Aucune proposition de remplacement, debrouillez-vous.

for 2 nights they did not make the room or change the towels, the heat in the bathroom was not open, and it was a rainy weekend!
Brand new and amazing decoration.
The room’s on a busy street with loads of shops around, which is good. The big windows were nice and let in loads of light, but they didn’t keep out the noise, it got pretty loud from about 6am, probably bin lorries.
Clean and safe property. Location is excellent as everything in in walking distance. Password for internet not provided but once I contacted the property all was resolved also there is no lock box.

I loved the design and the modern setup. The view is nice to the street and the whole location is very cozy. I recommended my friend who are visiting in summer to stay there as I believe it’s and excellent place to stay in Budapest! Also the team was very helpful with all my questions!
The only thing correct in the advertisement is the pictures of the room itself. Everything else is a lie. There is a picture of the water and it is really not close to there. They took a building on a noisy and busy street. There is no signage where the entrance is. No one around could explain where it is. There is no one to talk to. Until the contact person on WhatsApp explained how to get in. And it looked like a bad movie. This is a terrible building. Everything is broken, disgusting and dirty. You need a code to get in until he told us. The place is not clean and not inviting at all. It is also not clear in the building where to turn. It looks like a scheme where someone took the first floor and made a room there. Why is it so hard to put up signage?? Not even a note at the entrance or in the building? I would not recommend it to anyone.
