Pros:

The room was very comfortable and seemed to be newly decorated. The location was perfect. The welcome from a staff member was lovely and someone was also there for check out. The room was very clean and all linen fresh. It was great to have a sink in the room.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy when people moved around especially in the room above.

Super hôtel pour un week-end à Londres.
Pros:

L’emplacement au top, chambre confortable, proximité métro et centres de Londres imbattables pour le prix.
Arrivée autonome.

Cons:

Bruit de l’extérieur et au 3eme étage il manquait du savon dans la salle de bain commune.

Compact b ut well though out space , fine for a short overnight stay
Pros:

Very convenient for the hospital I was visiting and Borough market - the room was small but quite well designed - communication with the company was good, fast and efficient.

Cons:

I was slightly wary of being locked outside my room as the shared bathroom was down the hall and with out my phone, if the door had closed behind me I would be locked out with no way of getting back in! Other than that it was pretty good

Buen precio, ubicación ideal y gran trato.
Pros:

Su ubicación era perfecta, justo al salir una parada de metro. Los recepcionistas muy amables. No suelo reservar en sitios con baño compartido, pero me ha sorprendido la limpieza. La habitación era pequeña, pero muy útil y la cama súper cómoda.

Cons:

Al llegar tardamos un poco en hacer el check in, pero enseguida lo resolvieron.

Hotel muy bueno, el acceso a la habitacion depende del movil, puede que pases la noche en la calle.
Pros:

Ubicacion, limpieza, comodidad. Metro pegado a la puerta, en la misma calle tienes supermercado, restaurantes low cost, desayunos y bar. La cama muy comoda.

Cons:

La puerta de la habitacion se abre con el movil, el ultimo dia mi movil fallo (no datos, no llamadas), el wifi del hotel no funcionaba y no pudimos entrar en la habitacion. No podiamos llamar, no habia nadie en recepcion a las 18:15h. Finalmente llego una huesped y nos hizo el favor de llamar por telefono, estuvo mas de 10 min al telefono hasta que le dieron una clave, con su coste de llamada...si no aparece esa mujer pasamos la noche en la calle, con todo el equipaje y pasaportes en la habitacion, y sin poder coger el vuelo a la mañana siguiente. Es un error que la apertura sea con el movil, si lo pierdes te quedas en la calle.

Clean, central, comfy bed & great value
Pros:

Location, price and cleanliness. It was great value and the bed and pillows were really comfy. The shared bathroom was very clean.
