La atención ea rápida y muy amables todos... me gusta mucho que coincide lo que ves en el anuncio con lo que es en realidad y que siempre buscan la manera de apoyarte en cualquier situación que se presente

Cons:

La señal de internet es algo inestable y en algunas ocaciones pues el ruido si llega a ser incomodo... pero se entiende por el lugar en donde eata ubicado. No es propiamente un problema.

Pros:

Está todo como nuevo, el personal muy atento y la ubicación súper bien

Cons:

El ruido, se escucha TODO, las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento por lo que no pude descansar mucho, fuera de eso cumple con todo lo necesario

Excelente, minimalista, comodo y sencillo
Pros:

Un hotel sencillo, minimalista y facil para check in y check out, el personal muy amable, claro y las habitaciones de tamaño razonable para el precio, comodas, con baño de buen tamaño, todo funcional y una sensacion de hotel nuevo,buena seguridad, muy agradable en general.

Cons:

No tiene restaurante , sin embargo justo a un lado hay un restaurante para desayuno comida y cena.

Zimmer mit den notwendigsten Dingen ausgestattet die für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötig werden. Das Bett war bequem. In der Nähe einige Restaurants für Frühstück oder Ähnliches.

Cons:

Einchecken war erst um 15h möglich, ohne nachzusehen ob das Zimmer schon fertig ist.
Bett für Queensize sehr klein , eher französisches Dippelbett.

Great value for money, friendly staff and clean place. Would stay again.
Pros:

I felt totally safe staying in this hotel as it was guarded 24/7 at the entrance. The staff were also very good at cleaning your room as often as needed and providing fresh towels. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of nice coffee places nearby and about a 20 minute walk to some nice neighbourhood.

Cons:

It was very loud at night (but this did not bother me as I was jet lagged and could sleep easily).

Pros:

I liked the location, staff was very nice and helpful, and it was pretty clean, an the shower was ok for once in Mexico -usually it didn't work well.

Cons:

The worst was that there were mosquitos in the hotel room, so I couldn't sleep all night. Noises from neighbors very loud, until late and started again early in the morning.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y el servicio del personal también destaca por su amabilidad y atención.

La insonorización es prácticamente inexistente.

Las paredes parecen de papel; se escucha a otros huéspedes entrar y salir de sus habitaciones como si fuera la tuya. Incluso se perciben sonidos mínimos, como las teclas del móvil del personal de seguridad, lo que hace imposible descansar adecuadamente. Esto es un aspecto crítico en cualquier hotel y aquí falla claramente.

Además, la habitación carece de puerta en el baño, lo que elimina por completo la privacidad.

Nice place for a short trip
Pros:

Great location, best taco place around the corner, very friendly staff and super clean place

Cons:

Windows of some rooms go to corridors so you don’t get natural sunlight but for a short stay it’s not a problem.
