I was not happy, my entire group was unhappy. This hotel expects traveller to drink tap water.
Pros:

They are not clean, they won’t come to clean your room. They do not have any intercom to contact them easily.
They will not provide you towels if you are a group traveller. They will give you 2 only even if you have booked for 8 people.
No water will be given, instead they will give you tap water.
No toiletries were given.

Cons:

No lift! No bottle water! No toiletries! No connectivity! Not a good location, it’s filthy, it was stinking.

Best comfort stay
Pros:

The staff and the facilities provided by them are very good . Hygiene is maintained at the property.
The best part is it is located very close to the Mahakaleshwar temple (10 mins by Walking)

Staff was cooperative. Location is close to the Mahakal mandir. All arti sounds are audible from the location.

Cons:

Expectations were too high by seeing the photos. But it didnt go well. Toilets were not clean. Room lights were not working properly.

Clean toilets, comfy beds, located very close to the temple very convenient for the devotional aspects of the trip.

Cons:

Service is priced unreasonably high for the product provided.

Cannot access wifi from the room, smart tv without cable connection so tv unusable without wifi.

Large windows good for light, but stares directly out into someone’s balcony, lack of privacy might be concerning

Entry to the hotel through a dingy overcrowded gully, definitely checkout the satellite view on google maps to see what you’re getting into.
