Modernes Zimmer

Cons:

Mit dem Personal bei Frühstücksbuffet sollte die Chefin mal ein ernstes Wörtchen reden.
Wenn man sich als Geschäftsreisender anblaffen lassen muss weil man die Milchkanne nicht an genau den richtigen Ort zurückgestellt hat, fehlt es grundlegend an der Kundenorientierung. Das Hotel ist gut aber aufgrund des sehr rüden Umgangs mit mir als Gast werde ich hier nicht gerne zurückkommen.

Amazing hotel with great staff and historical restaurant with fantastic beer
Pros:

The hotel is of exceptional quality. The building is freshly reconstructed, with totally new facilities. The room was spacious and very much sound proof. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the pillows very comfortable. I was welcomed by the staff despite my arrival very late in the night, and they have offered me a drink at a bar, despite the bar was already closed. The restaurant is amazing, founded in 1657, with fantastic own beer. The breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of different types of food for different tastes. The hotel itself is located in the very city center, with all locations close to the hotel. It also has a free fenced parking square for guests' cars.
