The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained.
It is an older motel so some things are a little worn, but that is to be expected. The Wifi is not the best.
All good
Everything good
The property was good considering what you pay.
Didnt like that Booking.com website said that pet rent is included in the price but then you get there and they tell you that there is pet rent of $20 per dogs which is pretty much what you pay for the room itself. If I had known this I would have not staied here. Highway robbery these hotels charge for pet rent per night.
Location was the ONLY good thing about the place
First off it was called Express Inn but there was nothing expressed about it the Young lady who checked us and took forever at least 20 minutes or more to get us checked into our two rooms in 5 minutes after we walked in another family came and they were there another 20 minutes after we got our rooms. The lady was friendly but they knew the condition of the rooms and tried to pretend they didn't know they had cockroaches. The lady that checked us in sent an older gentleman down to the room to spray air freshener before we walked in to the musty old outdated room that had the coat rack hanging off the wall and cockroaches that were dead inside of the dresser drawers. Inside the bathroom the trim was missing off the door frame and various other things wrong with this place.
Would even tow the clerk who checked us in that we had been on the road for 14 days and that we were very tired but she continued to talk nervously while the old man sprayed air freshener (my son has Asthma).
Myself and my cousin proceeded to get our things from the vehicle when my husband called to let us know that there were roaches and we needed to leave immediately.
What makes the whole situation worse is that we had to leave this hotel at 11:00 p.m. after driving all day. We found another hotel within an hour but on our way was pulled over by police and question because we were in a rental car and out so late on the road. This almost resulted in a traffic violation thanks to this terrible Hotel. I realize it's only $59 a room but you can't rent rooms to people that is in bad disrepair and has cockroaches. Upon leaving this terrible hotel, I looked at the reviews for this hotel and found the two months ago someone had reviewed them and said they had cockroaches at that time so they have been aware of the problem and are not doing anything about it

I loved the location, check in/out was easy.
Some staff was really nice
The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the black worker in the morning didnt have breakfast ready and was just sitting behind the counter and we asked her where was breakfast because nothing was out in the dinning area and she started screaming with extreme attitude, rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing, got up and said breakfast is never the same time and once more people came down they asked her the same question ask shes laying all the food out and one lady said we were told 6am is the breakfast time. I chimed in and said yes us too and a few other families said the same out loud and she was getting even more mad. The mean mugs and her posture made our stay very uncomfortable.
