The ambience and food
I had a great time here! The room was big enough to be comfortable but without waiting space. There were several drawers and a nice closet. There was a good sitting and working desk with enough plugs around. The shower/toilet space was good and well equipped. The included breakfast was great, very good and tasty food that felt of good quality! I will return for sure if in Cambridge :)
The bed and pillow were not very confortable, but nothing grave. If the room would have had a mini fridge it would have been perfect!
It was comfortable and quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The washing arrangements were good and all in working order
This is not a hotel so one must be realistic. The student who usually occupies this room during term had done a good job in getting the room ready for guests
Walking distance to the centre along leafy streets and past the Uni library. Parking available in nearby street. The room was large and clean, but in a different building than the very lovely red brick main building.
The breakfast in the great hall was a nice experience

It’s set away from the centre of town so be prepared to walk, cycle or drive.

Great location, breakfast and WiFi.
Bed was very uncomfortable, springy mattress. Couldn't sleep much. Bathroom sink tiny and water would splash out easily.
Convenient location for attending a wedding nearby. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff at the front desk.

The college buildings and grounds were very impressive. Only a short walk to the city centre.
We booked three rooms as a family of four and found that two of the rooms were in a separate location over the road. No attempt was made to rectify this. Lack of parking near to the college was a big negative. The standard of rooms was poor for the cost. Breakfast was mediocre. Check out time was 9:30am.
