Nice staff but the hotel wasn’t in a great location and the bed was unbearably firm
Pros:

The location was great for the conference my husband was attending. It was close enough to Ginza but I wouldn’t stay here as a tourist as it’s a bit far from the main tourist destinations

Cons:

The bed was unbelievably hard. It was literally as hard as the floor. We didn’t sleep at all the first night due to this. Luckily the hotel was able to provide a softer mattress topper for the second night but the bed was still too hard. If you like the firmest mattress possible this won’t be an issue but I feel like the mattress would be too hard for the majority of people.
