Cons:

its was a beautiful and big hotel, but not big enough for all the people there was. Pool was too little for 25 families, no place enough

Très bon rapport qualité prix , hôtel très faliy

Cons:

Rien de particulier, à part le côté fumeur de l’hôtel mais cela est normal en Turquie nous n étions pas au courant sinon nous aurions demandé à etre à l’étage non fumeur mais cela n’était pas dramatique en soi

Pros:

De locatie was goed, dicht bij de centrum en lokale voorzieningen. De faciliteiten waren over het algemeen goed.

Cons:

De hygiëne was goed; de kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt. De douchekop ging tijdens ons verblijf kapot, maar deze werd snel gerepareerd.

Helaas was er één man (denk de voorman van personeel) in het restaurant die niet professioneel overkwam.
Ik heb hem twee keer zien discussiëren met gasten, wat teleurstellend was.

Wat betreft het avond eten, leek het soms alsof er restjes van de vorige dag opnieuw werden gebruikt maar dan in een andere jasje. Het entertainment was vaak hetzelfde voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen, wat snel monotonisch werd.
Aya en Uğur deden echter echt hun best om de gasten te vermaken.
Personeel aan de bar deden ook echt hun best.

Daarnaast waren er te weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad, waardoor het moeilijk was om een plek te vinden. De grond is ook echt glad paar keer uitgegleden en heb me echt bezeerd.

Oncelikle temizdi her yer, yemekler cok guzeldi, havuz cok temizdi

Cons:

Otel plaja oldukça uzak. Plaja gitmek için aracınızla otelden çıkmanız gerekiyor, bu da ekstra zaman kaybı ve sorumluluk demek; üstelik park yeri bulmak neredeyse imkânsız. Odalarda özellikle klimanın konumu çok kötü. Hava aşırı sıcak, ancak uyurken klimayı açık bırakmak mümkün değil çünkü soğuk hava doğrudan başınıza vuruyor, bu da hastalanmanıza yol açabiliyor. Pencereyi açık bırakmak isterseniz klima otomatik olarak kapanıyor ve oda adeta fırın gibi oluyor. Hele ki çocukla konaklıyorsanız bu durum kabul edilemez bir sorun.

My stay at Marbel
Pros:

Great location, although residential easy to get to local shops, market, beach and more. Room was great with balcony

Cons:

Should have been more activities for kids. Also more vegetarian options, especially snacks at the pool, also need more non alcoholic options, maybe virgin cocktails
