Pros:

The location is perfect, sorrounded by restaurants, bar and shops, still so close to the beach and yoga studios. The personal was very nice, Francesco gave me all the info I needed at the reception, kind and enjoying his job. Friendly and kind was also the personal in the restaurant.
Definately a good choice for an accomodation in the amazing Holbox, waiting already to be back😊!

The first room had a broken ac unit and they did not believed us, each time we wanted to talk to the concierge we had to move across 3 floors so it was very upseting. In addittion, after all the mess they gave us another room with a working ac unit, but the toilet was cloged and we noticed around 8:00- 9:00 pm. The coincierge told us it would be fixed tomorrow morning... like hello? I AM GOING TO SPEND ALL NIGHT WITHOUT TOILET????

Muy confortable la habitación y la ubicación en una zona tranquila pero no distante de la playa y la zona restaurantes. Muy linda la piscina en medio de una hermosa ubicación y la visita de simpáticos mapaches!. Hotel confortable y de muy buen gusto decorado

Está muy en el centro del pueblo, la habitación tenía aire acondicionado, televisión Smart tv, cama cómoda y el baño limpio, buena relación calidad-precio

Cons:

Que te cobran un extra por un impuesto adicional, no es mucho el importe pero es mejor que lo especifiquen desde un inicio

Boa opção pra quem vai de primeira vez
Pros:

Pousada na rua principal da ilha e perto do comercio e praia principal.

Cons:

Chuveiro com pouquíssima pressão e difícil mistura de agua quente e fria. Para a limpeza do quarto sugiro ficar em cima pra limparem todos os dias, apesar da limpeza ser ótima. Poderia ter agua liberada para hospedes, minha família bebe muita agua e facilitaria demais. Frequento a ilha a algum tempo e tudo é muito caro.

Funcionário Ricardo da recepção é sempre muito atencioso, merece ser lembrado e elogiado.

Le personnel était vraiment très gentil, que ce soit le réceptionniste et le manager de l'hotel qui nous a montré le toit terrasse de l'hotel et sa belle vue sur l'île. Ma fille a adoré les chats de l'accueil 😉

Holbox was well worth a visit and Casa Barbara was perfect for our needs
Pros:

We had a lovely room at the end of the corridor with nice terrace area. Fairly quiet, not too far from the port and not too close to the the noisy bars.

Cons:

Only 2 hangers in the closet and a fridge would have been nice. Shame the pool is in the shade.
