Great value for the price
Pros:

We read a lot of bad reviews on Google about this place and were almost going to cancel our booking. But the hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff was great. We had initially booked a budget deluxe room, but if you're okay to spend another 200-300 rupees extra, we'd recommend booking a superior king room which has a beautiful view of the mountains and the town. The location is also at a walkable distance from both Hadimba Devi temple and Mall road, so it was very convenient.
