Banheiro diariamente alagado e sem solução

A localização é excelente, perto de metrô, cafés, lanchonetes, fácil acesso, bairro silêncio e tranquilo.

Cons:

Tivemos muito problema com o ralo do banheiro, desde o primeiro dia eu manifestei insatisfação e nada foi feito. Passamos toda a hospedagem com o banheiro alagando. Eles disseram que isso era do tamanho do ralo, porém já deviam ter solucionado o problema. Pois uma uh para 6 pessoas, fica com o banheiro completamente alagado após a primeira tomar banho e assim permanece até o horário da limpeza. Foi péssimo.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location! Public transport was easily accessible and you could walk to attractions like myeongdong or the palaces but also take a quick train or bus ride. The room itself was comfortable and clean! We had a great time staying here as a group of 4.

Cons:

The room with the window was so bright at night due to the billboard outside. Definitely needs better block out blinds

スタッフの対応もホテルの綺麗さも120点満点です！！！！💯
Pros:

今回、宿泊中にホテルの近くで火災があり、22時頃にチェックインしましたが、停電と断水が起きていました。
もちろんロビーも真っ暗の中、スタッフの方が未チェックインの私たちのことを待ってくれていて、火災が起きて停電と断水が起きていることをとても丁寧に何度も謝ってくださいました。
大人数での宿泊だったため荷物も多かったため、エレベーターが使えず往復して運ぼうとしていた所、「何かお手伝いしましょうか」と日本語で話しかけてくださり、荷物も部屋に預けてくださいました。
また、ホテルとのコンタクトツールとして、LINEの登録をお願いされていたのですが、LINEでの連絡も細めに送ってくださっていました。
スタッフさんの対応が本当に素晴らしく、部屋もとてもシンプルで綺麗で大満足でした！
停電と断水によりスタッフの方もお疲れの所、私たちお客さんを最優先して対応してくださり、本当にありがとうございました🥲
また、立地もとても良く、ソウル駅まで１駅でホテル周りも繁華街でコンビニもすぐ近くにあり、利便性もとても良かったです！
是非また、利用したいです！！

Value for money, easy to travel to main city attractions.
Pros:

Excellent Customer services, answers to our questions thru What's App immediately. Always greeting us with a smile.

Cons:

The water drainage is not good in the shower, and it will be better if there's a recycling bin in the room.

Pros:

The location was good. The suite was clean and good layout. The free laundry service daily is a plus point for choosing this hotel.

Cons:

Since I have made the booking of one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom suites, I would expect that the hotel try to put us on the same floor. I feel they could make more effort on this area and not only see if there are available rooms on the daybof check in.

Enjoyable stay!!
Pros:

5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station, cafes & namdameun market.
The suite fits our big group and love the kitchenette as it has complete facilities to make own breakfast & lunch. There is sufficient heating during winter as well. I had no issue with the toilets - drainage was great and it has bidet (a must have for me).

Cons:

Tight space for our winter coats & clothes. Not a stopper for us to stay at this place again!
