スタッフの対応もホテルの綺麗さも120点満点です！！！！💯
Pros:

今回、宿泊中にホテルの近くで火災があり、22時頃にチェックインしましたが、停電と断水が起きていました。
もちろんロビーも真っ暗の中、スタッフの方が未チェックインの私たちのことを待ってくれていて、火災が起きて停電と断水が起きていることをとても丁寧に何度も謝ってくださいました。
大人数での宿泊だったため荷物も多かったため、エレベーターが使えず往復して運ぼうとしていた所、「何かお手伝いしましょうか」と日本語で話しかけてくださり、荷物も部屋に預けてくださいました。
また、ホテルとのコンタクトツールとして、LINEの登録をお願いされていたのですが、LINEでの連絡も細めに送ってくださっていました。
スタッフさんの対応が本当に素晴らしく、部屋もとてもシンプルで綺麗で大満足でした！
停電と断水によりスタッフの方もお疲れの所、私たちお客さんを最優先して対応してくださり、本当にありがとうございました🥲
また、立地もとても良く、ソウル駅まで１駅でホテル周りも繁華街でコンビニもすぐ近くにあり、利便性もとても良かったです！
是非また、利用したいです！！

Value for money, easy to travel to main city attractions.
Pros:

Excellent Customer services, answers to our questions thru What's App immediately. Always greeting us with a smile.

Cons:

The water drainage is not good in the shower, and it will be better if there's a recycling bin in the room.

Pros:

The location was good. The suite was clean and good layout. The free laundry service daily is a plus point for choosing this hotel.

Cons:

Since I have made the booking of one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom suites, I would expect that the hotel try to put us on the same floor. I feel they could make more effort on this area and not only see if there are available rooms on the daybof check in.

Enjoyable stay!!
Pros:

5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station, cafes & namdameun market.
The suite fits our big group and love the kitchenette as it has complete facilities to make own breakfast & lunch. There is sufficient heating during winter as well. I had no issue with the toilets - drainage was great and it has bidet (a must have for me).

Cons:

Tight space for our winter coats & clothes. Not a stopper for us to stay at this place again!

It was great!!!!
1. Lication: very close to all sightseeings and to the bus stop from/to Inch airport , all the shops are at hand
2. We got complementary upgrade of the room and enjoyed our stay in a very cosy and spacious apartment
3. We have got sauna in the apt and it was gorgeous: as it was cold outside, after morning run and long walking around it was very precious to get warmed in sauna
4. The apartment is equipped with everything you need in daily life, we cooked a lot and it helped to make our stay more comfortable for stomach which is not adapted to authentic Korean cuisine
5. The apartment is clean and the staff did their best to make our rest comfortable))

We will surely come back here!!

very neat and spacious with a lot of natural light from the wide windows and the view of the street is amazing, location is perfect less than 5 min walk from the metro station and in the middle of everything.

Cons:

the hallway of the hotel entrance might be a little spooky in the first look.
the bathroom is a little bit small, and the water keep leaking out from the shower
