Pros:

Location is very central in visiting Hull. Security and parking facilities very welcoming.
Place is great for contractors but not for families.

Cons:

Unfortunately the sofa was terribly uncomfortable.
Main bedroom a tight squeeze.
The pots supplied had not been cleaned from the previous visitor and were unusable (photos supplied).
On our last day, a very unpleasant smell came through from the shower.
In both these cases, the company was very sympathetic and apologised.
