Très bel hôtel , mais BOOKING m’a déçu . J’ouvre un litige !
Pros:

L’hôtel est près de El Madjid El Haram , excellente position. Petit déjeuner très variée et goûteux.
Personnel de ménage et dans la restauration impeccable.

Cons:

À l’accueil , le personnel est intransigeant , des promesses non tenues .
Pour info j’ai payer pour 5 personnes , et nous avons eu une chambre pour 4 . Les chambres de 5 n’existe pas !! Booking a vendu une annonce non conforme . Quand j’ai demander un matelas ou lit d’appoint , l’hôtel m’as dit impossible ! Du coup j’ai dormi dans un lit simple avec mon fils de 10 ans pendant 3 jours !

قريب من بوابة الروضة الشريفة المنطقة حول الفندق جميلة وقريبة من جميع وسائل النقل عربات قباء والعربات السياحية وقريبة نوعا ما من حي المغيسلة السياحي مجاور لمسجد عمر بن الخطاب وقريب من مسجد الغمامة ومسجد أبوبكر والإمام علي
