This place was the highlight of our 1 month stay in Rio! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They tried to help us as much as they could with anything, such as booking us activities (kayak), booking our taxi boats, recommendations, they made us breakfast every morning and made sure we were happy. The room was stunning. Very clean and modern. Beautiful big balcony. It was in a beautiful location on an island and there is lots of wildlife such as capybaras, herons, monkeys etc. There's a whirlpool too. It was so peaceful and hopefully I can go back again. Thank you for the amazing stay. 😊💚

A começar pelos funcionários que nos atenderam: sempre de prontidão para responder e tirar dúvidas. Um gentileza absurda!!
O quarto que pegamos foi o com cama Queen size e banheira de hidromassagem no quarto. Banheira funcionava muito bem, uma delícia! A cama muito confortável e ainda tinha uma cadeira de massagem deliciosa de usar rsrs
Vista incrível pro manguezal e convivemos muito perto de bichos como aves, caranguejos e capivaras.

Cons:

Tive dificuldade com o chuveiro pra manter uma temperatura morna. Ou ficava muito quente ou gelado. E só fiquei incomodado que pedi pra limpar o quarto, mas os lençóis não foram trocados e a cama não foi arrumada. Porém acho que eu deveria ter sido mais claro e como foi só por um fim de semana, isso foi o de menos! Todas as superfícies estavam limpas e as toalhas do banheiro foram trocadas como pedi

Gente ! A anfitriã me acolheu muito bem , me ajudando e instruindo até chegar lá , por se tratar de uma ilha ficamos meio confusos por ser nossa primeira vez lá , mas ela me deu todos os passos certinhos e ainda chamou até o barco que fez a atravessia comigo até lá . Achei super interessante pois foi zero perrengue .
A acomodação é um luxo só , realmente não dá vontade de voltar de lá . Sem contar que eu levei meu pet que foi super bemm acolhido também ! Só tenho a agradecer a eles ficamos muito felizes !
