my was a disaster. With my bad knee climbed stair with my luggage to share room, not what I paid for
Pros:

I need a refund because I did not get a private room with an entrance
The told me that booking made a mistake and I hard to walk up several stairs to share bathroom.

Cons:

Booking charged me and lied to me. I need my money back.
