Garden Park Beldibi Hotel

The hotel was dirty, and during our 7-day stay, our room was never cleaned—not even once. Towels were never replaced, and we constantly lacked shampoo, soap, shower gel, and toilet paper. Although toiletries were supposedly included in the price, we only received them twice—and in such small quantities that it was barely enough for one person with long hair to wash it. When we asked for more shower gel, they simply said they didn’t have any. We had to buy everything ourselves.

We couldn’t use the beach because it was too small and always overcrowded. At the pool, the toilet smelled terrible and had no toilet paper. People smoked everywhere, and we couldn’t relax due to flies and wasps. The pool area was never cleaned, and the tiles were sticky from spilled drinks and trash, attracting insects.

The food was always the same and served within a two-hour window, which caused long queues. Everyone rushed to the beginning of the service to get a choice, because once the popular dishes were taken, there was nothing left but leftovers. Only one type of tea and about four types of juice were available.

It’s advertised as all-inclusive, but that’s misleading. The only alcoholic drinks included were beer and wine, and only until 10 PM. After that, everything—including other alcoholic beverages—was charged. Many guests ended up buying drinks from a nearby market due to the poor selection.

The sauna was free, but only for about two hours—and inconveniently during lunchtime.

And worst of all, there was a mountain behind the hotel, so the sun disappeared from that side as early as 4:15 PM.

The music was extremely loud both during the day and in the evening, playing until 11:30 PM—making it impossible for us to sleep before then.

Абсолютно наглое, хамское отношение менеджера гостиницы при заселении. Меня заселили в семейный номер на следующий день менеджер угрожал мне физическим насилием если я не переселюсь в другой номер в течении 20 мин. Свой номер с 1 двуспальной кроватью я так и не получила. Гостиница не отвечает заявленным 4 звездам. Грязный лифт и туалеты возле бассейна, очереди в ресторане, разломанные лежаки. Уборки номеров практически нет поскольку очень мало облуживающего персонала на большое количество отдыхающих. Пляж находиться на кладбище старых лодок в 5 мин. вдоль грязной вонючей улицы. В 10 метрах от пляжа стоянка катеров. Персонал очень старается, но этого недостаточно. Фотографии номера не соответствуют реальности. Чайника нет. Самое лучшее в этой гостинице это Spa, говорят что очень хороший массажист там.

Pour la nourriture je trouve que ça manquait beaucoup d’hygiène, je suis tombée malade le premier jour.. les plats n’étaient pas frais, aucun système pour les garder au frais, puis les plats principaux ne sont que sur une toute petite partie du restaurant, dans un petit coin du buffet. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne divisent pas la nourriture pour les mettre tout l long du comptoir ???? Car il y a une queue énorme chaque jour ! Que ce soit matin midi ou soir ! Ils ne se prennent pas la tête. Les plats dehors sont fait en même temps que l’heure à manger. Aucune organisation concrete. C’est stupide de leur part. Pleins de mouches sur les plats, les serveurs sont tres jeunes et incompétents, et ils transpirent beaucoup car il n’y a aucune climatisation. Les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas avec 35 degres ! Et dans la réception, la clim est allumé une fois sur deux. Les toboggans ne sont ouvert que 2 heures au total. À coté de la piscine c’est très sale. N’en parlons meme pas. Il n’y a aucune toilette à l’interieur de l’hotel ! Aucune ! C’est inadmissible pour un hotel se disant 4 étoiles ! J’ai deja fait des hotels 3 et 4 etoiles et je n’ai jamais vu ca. Les toilettes dehors sont extremement sale et jamais nettoyé impossible de mettre les pieds. L’hotel en globalité est tres sale ! Un seul ascenseur pour autant de monde c’est une blague. De plus l’ascenseur est tres tres petit. Les chambres sont tres sale, quand on est rentré dans la chambre pour la premiere fois, il y avait du sable partout par terre. Les femmes de ménage de l’hotel ne font pas leur travail, on dirait qu’elles ont été ramené de force. Il y avait de grosses traces de chiffons sur le miroir, j’ai attendu quelque jour mais ca n’a pas été nettoyé. Les femmes de menage ne font que la serpillière c’est tout. A part ca elles ne font rien du tout dans les chambres ! Pas de toilettes à l’interieur,hotel pas propre, nourriture pas garder au frais, pas de toilette et douche à la plage.Pas de clim dans la salle

In den Zimmern war leider kein WLAN vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren recht klein und die Reinigung könnte verbessert werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wirkten schon etwas abgenutzt und grau.

В номерах не убирают от слова совсем, только меняю полотенце для ног в душе и пепельницы на балконе Еда ужасная и однообразная. Отель заявляет себя как 4 но не дотягивают совсем, обычная 3. На пляже шезлонгов хватало но пляж в плачевном состоянии и вообще это сложно назвать пляжем для хорошего и комфортного отдыха.
