everything starting from the staffs behaviour to the basic ammenities provided in the room was horrible. i had booked months prior and have called to confirm a few days before my trip, but when i reached they said they dont have any room available

Location was good.. it is near the market area.

Cons:

Hospitality is tooo bad. After booking through Booking.com .. for confirmation i paid 500 rupees advance personally through gpay. Still on the day of my booking day… after I arrived to the hotel.. the receptionist denied to give my booking room and asked me to move near by hotel… after many arguments they agreed to provide us a room. No professionalism.. they offer the rooms to other offline guests if they offer more money.. no value for online booked customers…

It’s not value for money at all and importantly security is not good.
Cons:

I didn’t get breakfast, fake claiming and very disturbing because I got a constant exposer to working sounds.₹1500 per night is too much for this hotel.Not value for money and importantly the door lock condition is not good from inside so it doesn’t provide good security.

Very bad experience staying in this hotel.

The room was very untidy. The TV was not functional. The staffs behavior was worst.

Next to the Nehru Stadium.Plenty of liquor stores around .

Please Don't even mistakenly book this place
Pros:

You cannot like anything in that hotel because it was so horribly dirty

Cons:

Everything the location , the entire building was dirty ,they dont have lifts, the rooms were stinking with dirty bathrooms,curtains , stained bedsheets and quilt, torn sofa and they have removed the tv's claiming the renovation. Also we reached late at night with family and wanted a peaceful and clean place to sleep but it was so dirty that we had to cancel the booking immediately..One of the rooms had both indian and english lavatory right next to each other. You simply cannot enter that place it was terrifying. This place is not for a decent couple or family ( hope you understand )
