Quarto sem manutenção, com várias lâmpadas queimadas, limpeza ruim, cafeteira estava com pó de café, sabe-se lá a quanto tempo, que já estava até embolorado, sem contar que não tinha café da manhã... Não recomendo.
Hotel incrível, acomodação confortável. A reserva não é pelo hotel e sim pela imobiliária pois era um apt particular. Vale super a pena!!!
O hotel e uma boa opcao de hospedagem. Ele eh bem novo e fica bem localizado ainda conta com um bom buffet
Decepcionante... Nao houve limpeza do quarto. Vaso entupido. As toalhas não foram trocadas. Em contato com a recepção fui informado que o quarto era de um terceiro e que não tinham vinculo com o mesmo. Conclusão: meu filho de 5 anos teve que ser enxuto do banho com roupas... Após varias tentativas em resolver esse simples problema, sem sucesso, as toalhas e roupas de cama foram deixadas na recepção... Nao tiveram nem o trabalho de deixa-las no quarto. Enfim... Péssima escolha!
O site dizia que o check-in era as 14h, cheguei ao apartamento as 15h, só pude fazer o checkin as 16h para o dono do apartamento não tinha enviado a autorização e o serviço de limpeza do quarto não estava pronto. Fiquei uma hora na recepção do hotel esperando o stuff do hotel fazer toda a burocracia com o dono do flat, algo que era para ele ter feito assim que reservei o espaço.
