The stay is always great. That’s why we keep coming back to stay there.
Pros:

Location, breakfast and value

Cons:

The bathroom floors have a dirt film on them in the hotel rooms. Tracks are left when they are walked on with sneakers or other shoes. Stile floor cleaner might clean the floors better. I’ve noticed this during my previous stay in February of 2026.

Our room stunk. There was no shower curtain so my 80 y/o Mom had to try to bath after traveling. The grout in the bathroom floor was coming up and sticking to your feet. Filthy and nasty. I talked to the manager the next morning. I got ...sorry. wth.

The clerk that checked us in, Jonaton.

Cons:

The only representative that was very professional was Jonaton. He accommodated my issues promptly. The rest of them don't even speak when you enter or leave. One of the clerks left a line of 15 to hop over to be nosey in my business when I was already being helped by a lovely clerk. She was rude to me out the blue. She stated, " Are you over here causing trouble". She left her line on 15 to say those few words to me which were rude. I am combat veteran, a mother, a great person and I was highly insulted by such words or the audacity when you don't even know a person. I calmly stated back, "I'm paying y'all and this gentleman is already helping me kindly." Other than that, the stay was fair! Jonaton needs a raise!! He went beyond to make our stay pleasant!!

overall it was okay but needs improvement. Coffee was not hot at all.

The location was in the center of everything

Cons:

the room was not clean very well from others stay. A shoe was under the bed. Housekeeping did not clean but one Time while we stayed.
