Check to make sure the room you purchased is safe to stay in upon arrival. Take action asap if it’s not.
Pros:

Good location for the kind of trip that it was. Close to the beach, water park, restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff was decent first few nights.

Cons:

After having to change rooms upon arrival, I never got reimbursed for the difference between the rooms. I spoke to a manager and she told me to contact booking.com which I did, and booking could not get in touch with them at the hotel. Very annoying and inconvenient.

Pros:

The breakfast was awesome and so we're the entire staff! Will stay with them again!

There wasn't anything that wasn't good. Friendly service and everything was clean nice and smelled fresh and clean!

Really good location, close to a nice beach, Destin Harbor and restaurants, good price, clean for the most part, good service.

Floor in room was not moped prior arrival, felt lot of dirt on my bare feet
