Pros:

Check in was easy same as booking. But when we tried the room keys. One worked the other didn't. So went back got another room key. Same thing. Didn't work. Well 3rd time was the charm.

Cons:

Traffic was terrible. Was okay making a right turn. But making a left turn took forever. Destin needs to install more Traffic lights. The hottub needs new jets. And more dining room seating.

Everything was great. All staff/cleaning crew were friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Pool and spa were nice. Coffee was always ready as I am an early riser. If you're looking for the beach, cut through Winn Dixie parking lot (2nd stop sign is a light). Left at light and go about 3 miles maybe, to scenic hwy 98 (something like that) it's at a light, turn right. Park anywhere (I asked), the is right there. Get there early as there is limited public space. I do recommend this hotel and if I ever go back, I will stay here.

Wasn’t far from activities, restaurants, and staff were very polite.

The other guest were very loud, all through out my 3 days . Barely could sleep.

Cons:

The hotel had a very sour smell hallways elevator rooms etc..hotel isn’t the cleanest.. Hair and trash all over floors rooms bathrooms .. water pressure not good.. hotel needs to be updated..

Pros:

Everyone was very nice. I do recommend staying here. You do have to drive to the beach, but no big deal. The only thing that was hard was crossing traffic to turn left. Find a stop light and cross there.
I will definitely stay here again.
