Чистота , и работа горничных )

Cons:

Персонал на ресепшене не компетентный, а руководитель службы размещения клиентов Ольга , не клиентоориентированна вовсе , руководитель который занимается не той работой! Я отдала продукты на хранение , они согласились их взять , пообещав что заморозят в итоге они пролежали просто в холодильнике плюсовом , тем самым испортились , на просьбу написать мне на бумаге о том как они хранились Ольга отказалась , также она отказалась всячески решить и урегулировать вопрос , и отказывала во всем о чем я пыталась с ней говорить.
