Los alimentos mal cocinados. Ryb eye muy malo.
Faltan detalles de supervisión en la limpieza. En el cajón del buró había papeles de vouchers del cliente anterior. El baño no estaba muy limpio. No había ganchos para colgar la ropa. La cabecera despedía un olor a orines

Ubicación y limpieza
nos tocó habitación donde no se especificó que era tapanco y buscabamos esa tercer cama para un niño, subir con él o que bajara al baño no era tan cómodo. El tiempo de espera en el desayuno muy lento y el sabor de los alimentos regular aunque muy buena presentación y la terraza muy bonita.
La alberca muy fria, los niños no aguantaron.

I liked the view that the hotel has, and the pool. Room had AC so that’s a huge plus.
The parking lot situation was not the best, the hotel seemed unorganized. Didn’t give a lot of information bout on everything that they offer. Me and my had a massage and it was scheduled for 5pm all 5 massages there was a big delay with no communication, only 2 of us got to do the massage. We try to reschedule the other 2 and they wanted to charge us extra so we try to cancel and they refused to cancel to the point that 3 family member did not get the message and no refund. They could have scheduled the massage better and not schedule all 5 at once if they couldn’t do all 5 people at once.

Room wasn’t very clean. It was cold and noisy. Great location, but extremely overpriced for the off season. We missed the first night of our reservation because there was a tropical cyclone warning on the weather app. We weren’t offered any exception to the refund policy- so we ended up paying $400 usd for one night.
Rooms have a luxury feel and location was amazing
The team needs more initiative regarding their role guiding you when check in. They are concern about the payment but not showing you the facilities or explain how things work. They assist but you have to ask every time

Great location steps away from the center of the town.
Our standard room was way more expensive than most other hotels in Mexico of this range, and we expected a lot more. Staff seemed poorly trained and the hotel living on its laurels. The photos on booking lead you to believe you'll have a better room. We've had much better rooms for half the price. The lights were so bright we couldn't use them, like spotlights.
