- No tenían botellas de agua disponible en la noche. Uno de los empleados del hotel se ofreció para salir a comprar, lo que fue muy amable. Pero considero que un hotel de este nivel y precio debería contar con agua suficiente para ofrecer.
- No tienen bebidas premium disponible pero cobran por el descorche si queremos tomar en las áreas comunes.

Simplemente hermoso. Es un hotel divino en el centro de Bernal. Tiene estacionamiento lo que lo hace comodísimo. La habitación es bellisima y cómoda! Sin duda regresaré para estar mas tiempo en el hotel.
Great location and architecture.
The bedroom was untidy, there were stains in both the bed and sofa. The restaurant inside the hotel was bleak in it's products and expensive in their costs. It felt more like an expensive motel.
The location was right in the middle of town and the hotel itself was beautiful.
They didn't have AC and no outlets near the bed or desk. The customer service at the rooftop bar was so slow we waited for an hour just to get 1 drink and a pizza then waited again a long time just to get the check.
Location
Bed, fireplace is strange, in that you need to arrange with the front desk. They arrive to your room. They then put scoops of solid alcohol in the fireplace. Light it. It burns for 30-40 minutes. You then call reception to repeat the process. We booked this bigger room because of the fireplace. So it's not gas nor wood fired. Having the front desk guy in your room doesn't make for a very romantic experience if you know what I mean. They made a big deal about asking for additional drinking water.

Los alimentos mal cocinados. Ryb eye muy malo.
Faltan detalles de supervisión en la limpieza. En el cajón del buró había papeles de vouchers del cliente anterior. El baño no estaba muy limpio. No había ganchos para colgar la ropa. La cabecera despedía un olor a orines

Ubicación y limpieza
nos tocó habitación donde no se especificó que era tapanco y buscabamos esa tercer cama para un niño, subir con él o que bajara al baño no era tan cómodo. El tiempo de espera en el desayuno muy lento y el sabor de los alimentos regular aunque muy buena presentación y la terraza muy bonita.
La alberca muy fria, los niños no aguantaron.
