There was no soap to wash hands in bathroom. Communication from staff was not good. Advertised free breakfast but never saw breakfast in the morning.

Overall it was okay
Pros:

All employees we came into contact with were very nice and friendly

Cons:

When I booked, I thought it was complimentary breakfast. I didn't request a quiet room like stated in the question above and there was 2 long pieces of hair on the shower wall and a glob of hair on the wash rags which was pretty gross. when I booked, it also said 2 Queen peds and a sofa bed.But that's not the room I received

Parking, even though I booked through booking .com and all fees should have been included. I will be contesting that charge with my credit card. Plus the charge of 10.00 for breakfast is ridiculous. 1st stay at courtyard…and probably my last
