We were staying in Vinaya boutique hotel for 8 nights and we were satisfied. We were staying in the room with a view to rice fields. The room was nice, clean, spacious. The staff was caring and really trying to make our stay as best as possible. First breakfast of your choice is complimentary. You have a little grocery literally 5m away and a very good place for breakfast, lunch or early dinner called Daybreak around 300m away 😊. We recommend you choosing this place for your vacation, you won’t regret it 😊

The property was in a perfect location, not far from different restaurants and different attractions. It was also in a quiet place…you could rest well during the night.

在烏布的日子裡，Vinaya Boutique Hotel 給了我們最美好的回憶。這裡不僅僅是一間旅館，更像是一個能夠讓人安心停留的家。

房間設計精緻，衛浴設備乾淨又舒適；公共空間則與大自然緊密相連，無論是在室內或室外的 lounge 都能感受到綠意與寧靜。

真正讓這段旅程變得特別的，是這裡的主人。他們秉持「Natural and Eco-friendly boutique hotel that promotes Art, Culture and Healthy Lifestyle」的理念，無論在環境或是日常細節裡都落實得非常真誠。她的手藝非常好，像魔法師一樣將自然食材完美融入在主食、點心以及飲料中，我們在這裡的每一天都感到放鬆自在，不論是在身體或心靈上都是。

而更難得的是，主人能夠用英文及日語進行流利交談，他們的熱情好客與耐心，從訂房到入住，總是用心回應並給予幫助，讓我們感到被細心照顧。

離開時，我們帶著滿滿的感謝與溫暖。如果還有機會再訪烏布，我一定會再回到這裡，因為 Vinaya 不只是一個住宿的地方，而是值得反覆回來的所在。

During our days in Ubud, Vinaya Boutique Hotel gave us the most wonderful memories. It was not just a hotel, but truly a place where we could feel at home and stay with peace of mind.

The rooms are beautifully designed, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are closely connected with nature. Whether in the indoor or outdoor lounge, you can always feel the greenery and tranquility around you.

What made this journey truly special were the hosts. Guided by the philosophy of “Natural and Eco-friendly boutique hotel that promotes Art, Culture and Healthy Lifestyle,” they bring sincerity into every detail of the environment. Her culinary skills are remarkable — like a magician, she transforms natural ingredients into wonderful meals, snacks, and drinks. Each day here felt relaxing and fulfilling, both for the body and the mind.

Even more impressive is that the hosts can communicate fluently in both English and Japanese. Their warm hospitality and patience, from the booking process to our actual stay, always made us feel cared for and supported.

When we left, we carried with us deep gratitude and warmth. If we ever return to Ubud, we would certainly come back here, because Vinaya is not just a place to stay — it is a place we would love to return to again and again.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes, kleines und detailverliebtes Hotel mit nur fünf Zimmern. Schon die Kommunikation vor unserer Ankunft war hervorragend. Bei der herzlichen Begrüßung standen unsere Scooter bereits für die Ausflüge bereit. Fivi, die Gastgeberin, kümmert sich liebevoll um jedes Detail und hat für ihre Gäste alles bis ins Kleinste in Gästemappen vorbereitet. Auch ihr Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Der Pool, die Zimmer und das gesamte Haus sind sehr sauber. Ein Standard, den wir auf unserer einmonatigen Reise bisher nirgends so erlebt haben. Beim Frühstück genießt man zusätzlich einen traumhaften Ausblick über die Reisfelder, ein weiterer wunderbarer Bonus zu einem ohnehin perfekten Aufenthalt.

Très bel endroit. Très reposant et loin du tumulte d'Ubud. Entouré de rizières, l'établissement est calme. Excellent accueil. Les chambres sont bien decorees. La douche est agréable car grande. Notre chambre disposait également d'une kitchenette. Ubud et toutes les activités sont accessibles avec les applications Grab ou Gojek.

This was our favorite stay in Bali and we were very sad to leave.
Everything was amazing, super clean, the owner is amazing as well, helping with everything you need.
Breakfast was a dream, very tasty and it was prepared by the owner.

The rooms are big, clean bedsheets, big bathroom, nice kitchen as well. From the window one can see the rice fields as well.
Location is very good, not so far from the center, but in the same time in a quiet area.

The terrace where you can serve the breakfast is very nice.

Staying at Vinaya Boutique Hotel was a delight! It truly felt like home with its cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The healthy and tasty breakfasts were a perfect start to each day. The room was very clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Everything. It was perfectly clean. Ecofriendly. The owner is really kind and helpfull. It feels like home.

This place is exceptional!! Immaculately clean, not far from anything and with the best hospitable owner ever!

The breakfast is amazing. The place is new and the owners have truly put their heart into this place.

Do you know that feeling when you're hesitant to leave a review because a place is so good you want to keep it a secret? Yep, this is exactly it.

I read reviews a lot, so this one is dedicated to people like me who appreciate every detail. When I came to Bali, I was looking for a long-term stay: an extra clean place with good design, no roosters, monkeys, or insects. A place with healthy food, a calm location, and an ambient atmosphere. I also needed my own kitchen, a spacious covered shower, and reliable internet for my digital nomad lifestyle.

To my amazement, Vinaya Boutique Hotel covered all of this.

Well, there is way more:

- Daily cleaning with eco-friendly materials
- Super-healthy breakfasts
- Dedicated Wi-Fi in each room
- Cozy rooms with good lighting and beautiful plants
- A quiet and ambient environment
- Attentive and communicative owners
- High-end laundry service, perfect for sensitive clothes (I had a lot of linen shirts)
- A bit of Japanese culture, which I personally love, thanks to the founders ❤️‍🔥

The founders of this place have an immense passion for their business and customers, which is incredibly rare to see. Vinaya isn’t just a business; As the owner told me, Vinaya means guidance, and that’s another great thing I’ve found here. It might not be the case for everyone, and no one was pushing me, but initially, I came to Bali to find these. Vinaya did it for me.

Vinaya Boutique Hotel is a place to stay, learn and live!

I love this place.
The room design is very beautiful, spacious and elegant. There’s a beautiful kitchen within the room that would make you want to cook all your small meals and brew your coffee every day there. The bathroom is spacious and has a very nice interior as well. You will find a lot of beautiful plants in the room and very spacious cabinet. Also, a net for the window to enjoy the fresh air without having any insects entering your room.

The level of cleanliness is the best compared to many other ubud hotels.
There’s a lot of care to the details from the soap bars the eco friendly toothpaste and brush and the natural washing of the linens. This is amazing level of care!! I loved the picks for the mini bar all chosen with care gluten free and healthy grocery. Gave me so much joy to see all the clean organizing of the stuff in the kitchen it just shows the level of consideration and care of the host.

The welcoming and checking in was warming and very kind, it felt like i was visiting a family member. The host has an advanced level of management and communication skills and she’s very kind sweet and responsive. It feels very comforting to be staying under her amazing management. The host is well knowledgeable of health and healthy eating also Chinese herbalism so I had the best breakfast ever here in bali. Has home cooking taste and energy but at the same time very precisely done with a Japanese twist. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The entire hotel design and the interior is very beautiful and cozy. This is all i personally target in my stay this level of care cleanliness and elegance. Definitely my place to stay every time am coming to ubud.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Ubud, Bali, and was truly captivated by the location and the stunning views of the rice fields. The excellent Japanese cuisine offered was a delightful surprise, and the rooms were superbly equipped, with stylish teak wood furniture that made me feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and they arranged a fantastic private driver who showed us around Ubud and its surroundings. The experience was like waking up to the gentle chirping of birds, filling each day with a sense of peace and joy.

The hotel is located at a very peaceful and quiet location. I loved the nature and tranquillity of this place. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, check in was really smooth and fast given the fact that we arrived at 1am. My sincere gratitude to Fivi, our hostess who checked in on us throughout our stay and helped us when needed🥰. She is such an amazing lady. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Bali to stay in this hotel, you will love it and for me, I will definitely be coming back. ❤️❤️

Everything was wonderful. The design of the hotel is very beautiful, a lot of attention was paid to details. Our room had natural supplies, several glass bottles of water, bamboo toothbrushes and other items. There is Internet in every area of the hotel, the speed was excellent. The hotel owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the window was straight onto the rice terraces, simply magnificent. We were very pleased with our stay here.

This place is definitely designed a with a sense of style and quality in mind. Perfect for the traveller looking for comfort and an appreciation of the little details being so thoughtfully taken into consideration.

We had a wonderful stay and loved everything.
The room is well equipped and spotless clean! The rice field view from the room is beautiful and the communal areas are great with really nice views.
The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood but still close to ubud center.
The owner does everything to have a low impact on the environment. Quality and plastic free bathroom amenities. Great and delicious choice of local products in the minibar.
Finally, the staff and the owner are amazing , we had some great chats. The owner is full of light and does everything to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
We felt home away from home (… if home had great rice fields and greenery around us).
