Please note that upon check-in guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment method. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

During the winter festive season, gala dinners are compulsory on Christmas Eve and New Year Eve, specifically on the 24th and 31st of December. Bookings without gala dinners are not available for/through these dates. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
Starting from 8 December 2025, online rates no longer include the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner must be paid separately upon arrival. For Bed & Breakfast meal plan: 170 EUR per adult (12+ years), 85 EUR per child. For Half Board meal plan: EUR 120 per adult (+12 years) and 60 EUR per child. These charges will be collected at the hotel at the time of your check-in.
Bookings made before 8 December 2025 still include the Gala Dinner in the room rate. Reservations for 24 December 2025 cannot be made without the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner.
Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

Starting 1 August 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustainability Levy to Enhance Green Initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be 100.00 SCR per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location with lots of activities around such as direct beach access, restaurants and bars. It is really easy to get around the area, but the hotel also offers several dining options. The rooms are spacious and redesigned, well stocked from amenities. What is more important that the guest relations services are excellent. The staff is exceptional, than makes the difference. I wish to highlight the hardwork of Chamara, Front Office Manager who always smiles and truly cares if everything up to the guest’s liking. As well as the Reception team was great, specially Ezra. The shift leader, Sakura was assisting me booking a tour that she was very knowledgeable about and took great care of me. Shihan the Guest Relations Manager was exceptional, impossible is nothing for him and goes above and beyond to make your stay special.

A very good and a comfortable 4 star stay. Very good location with the Beau Vallon beach view and good food options.
Pros:

Great stay. Worth the 4 stars. Beautifully located on the Beau Vallon beach. Good services and plenty restaurant options.

Cons:

From the moment we entered we received atleast 3 reminders from the reception regarding the checkout (including a printed sheet). This seems annoying for anyone because from the moment one enters, we expect a good welcome and hospitality than to be continuously reminded about checkout.
There might have been bad experiences with some, however in general this is a very irritating experience for every guest. To improve the rating towards a 5 star, please improve this behaviour.

Pros:

Am avut o camera foarte frumoasa și foarte mare cu vedere la ocean. Plaja pe care este situat hotelul este una dintre cele mai frumoase de pe insula. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, gata să te ajute cu orice. La plecare am primit și un suvenir.

The place is great. The room was spacious and clean, meals have a broad variety and generally good quality. Location is superior, practically on a shore. Free parking is a definite plus.

Cons:

There is only one thing to mention: checkout timing. I have never seen anywhere in the world that the hotels would insist that their guests checked out before 10:00. The night before departure I came to the reception to ask if it was possible to stay a bit longer and was refused that because the hotel was fully booked and needed time to prepare the room for other guests. I completely understand that but just curious how other hotels in similar locations can manage it with guests checking out at 11:00 or even 12:00. Well, it was not a big deal after all, just a bit strange.

Pros:

Очень близко к морю ,морской бриз очень освежает .Вкусная свежая рыба на ужин,неплохой завтрак,довольно чисто ,номер после ремонта ,приветливый персонал,3 сонные черепахи прямо в отеле.

Cons:

Очень маленький бассейн ,где постоянно орут дети и территория отеля - идешь на завтрак прямо мимо каких то труб ,коммуникаций вдоль цоколя отеля .Выбор блюд на завтрак ужин небольшой совсем .Постоянный шум от моря и сильный ветер на балконе.

Pros:

Our stay was lovely, had a free upgrade to a bigger room just newly renovated and it was extra comfortable. The staff is incredibly welcoming and nice, huge breakfast buffet and good cocktails!

Cons:

Unfortunately the weather was not very nice in Beau Vallon due to rainy season but the rest of the island was always sunny! The ocean in front of the hotel was very wavey but it has nothing to do with the property 😊

We enjoyed our stay and we would come back.
Pros:

The beachfront is amazing and first four days bodysurfing on big waves was a great experience. The staff is very professional and they simply now their job, especially Shihan at the reception desk. Asian dishes were very tasty at the beach restaurant.

Cons:

WIFI signal could be better.
