Room rates on 24, 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment methods. Ho avuto l'upgrade ad una stanza vista oceano, quindi un ottimo inizio...
Tutto stupendo, lo staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza, davvero complimenti.
La posizione sulla spiaggia davvero spettacolare, con dei tramonti unici .
Al check in c'era da aspettare un pò per l'alta affluenza di persone, ma siamo stati coccolati con un cocktail di benvenuto e una salvietta umida per rinfrescarci; il cibo veramente ottimo. Stanza pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, letto comodissimo... Consigliatissimo

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, solo il wifi un pò lento... ma essendo in vacanza non mi interessava.

Superb hotel, beach, location and staff.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coral Strand Hotel, the location and beach were excellent. The Asian restaurant food was great as were all the staff.
We have to mention the standout staff member Shihan (guest services) who went well beyond his remit when we encountered a problem with our first room and subsequently a cancelled fight with the need for extra night’s stay. His professionalism, knowledge, understanding and efficiency made it all worry free – Thankyou.

Cons:

Parasol's on the beach would have been nice.

The Hotel, the beach, the staff...everything was above our expectations.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Chamara and Mr. Shihan for the wonderful service they provided during our stay. They were warm, attentive, and highly professional at all times, ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Their genuine hospitality and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable and unforgettable.

Perfect for a short stay!
Pros:

It’s on the beach front and the staff is lovely. The food was also absolutely amazing.

Cons:

Feels a bit dated in the hotel exteriors. The rooms have a bit of a musty smell and I had asked for twin beds and they had said they would buy it didn’t happen.

To świetny hotel, położony obok plaży, z pięknym basenem. Nasz pokój o numerze 516 był bardzo komfortowy i miał wspaniały, duży taras z widokiem na ocean. Polecam!

Ponadto obsługa hotelu jest bardzo profesjonalna i pomocna. Zjawiłem się w hotelu w trochę nietypowej sytuacji. Spieszyłem się na konferencję, która odbywała się w innym hotelu, było przed 10.00 a doba hotelowa rozpoczynała się o 14.00. Shihan z recepcji od razu zorientował się w sytuacji: zaprowadził mnie w miejsce gdzie mogłem wziąć prysznic i zostawić bagaże. Działał błyskawicznie bo widział, że się spieszę. Stwierdził, że formalności związane z zameldowaniem oraz płatność za pobyt zrealizujemy po konferencji. Dzięki niemu błyskawicznie znalazłem się na konferencji. Profesjonalista! W tym hotelu obsługa na prawdę chcę Ci pomóc od pierwszej chwili!

The location is incredible and staff is so helpful. Even if your flight gets in early, you can change and use all the hotel facilities as they try their best to get the room ready in advance.

Pros:

Staff fantastico, sempre pronti a venirci incontro. Era il compleanno del mio ragazzo e ci hanno fatto l’upgrade della camera e il giorno del compleanno hanno preparato una torta e gli hanno cantato gli auguri a colazione. Ci hanno concesso un late check out perché avevamo il volo tardi.
Colazione molto abbondante a buffet con frutta fresca, uova cotte al momento, vari dolci, yogurt, piatti caldi. Abbiamo potuto anche fare colazione in riva al mare con i piedi sulla sabbia, STUPENDO!
Camera nuova e pulita molto bella con vista sulla piscina e sull’oceano.
Zona ideale, vari ristoranti e bar raggiungibili a piedi. Bella anche l’acqua difronte l’hotel, abbiamo fatto un bellissimo bagno!
Sdraio e teli messi a disposizione dall’albergo in riva al mare e a bordo piscina.
Abbiamo provato anche il bar in piscina e il loro ristorante indiano, ci è piaciuto tanto.
