Please note that upon check-in guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment method. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
During the winter festive season, gala dinners are compulsory on Christmas Eve and New Year Eve, specifically on the 24th and 31st of December. Bookings without gala dinners are not available for/through these dates. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
Starting from 8 December 2025, online rates no longer include the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner must be paid separately upon arrival. For Bed & Breakfast meal plan: 170 EUR per adult (12+ years), 85 EUR per child. For Half Board meal plan: EUR 120 per adult (+12 years) and 60 EUR per child. These charges will be collected at the hotel at the time of your check-in.
Bookings made before 8 December 2025 still include the Gala Dinner in the room rate. Reservations for 24 December 2025 cannot be made without the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner.

Starting 1 August 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustainability Levy to Enhance Green Initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be 100.00 SCR per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.

The rooms and the beach
Very old and tired reception and breakfast facilities . Plus, the hotel charged us twice for our stay and it is very difficult to receive a refund for the overcharge

Petit déjeuner avec pas assez de choix pour les fruits, salle bruyante.Client de l’hôtel qui monopolise les transats, au bord de la piscine, alors que l’on ne les voit pas pendant des heures.
Très bon hôtel. Le service, la restauration et les chambres sont très bien. Je recommande cet hôtel.
Le personnel est très professionnel.
Resort situé directement sur la plage de Beau vallon, pas la plus belle plage de Mahé mais la plus animée. Vous y trouverez des restaurants, boutiques, excursions etc... Chambres très confortables, propre, petit déjeuner 5 étoiles.
Très peu de places autour de la piscine, la direction devrait empêcher les gens de laisser leurs serviettes toute la journée sur les quelques transats sans être présents, ce qui empêche les autres vacanciers d'en profiter. Pas de parasols sur la plage. C'est un resort, donc si vous cherchez quelque chose de plus intime cet hôtel ne correspondra peut-être pas à vos attentes.

La gentilezza dello staff, ineguagliabile. Ci siamo sentiti sempre a casa, ben accolti e coccolati. Un particolare ringraziamento va alla manager Lindy e al cameriere Sandesh. Entrambi ci hanno dimostrato tanto affetto, professionalità e gentilezza. Posizione perfetta sul mare.
Spesso non funzionava l’ascensorista al nostro piano.

L'emplacement est idéal. Vue sur un couché de soleil de carte postale.
L'hotel est propre et le personnel est super. On nous a conseillé pour toutes nos excursions sans insister.
La nourriture était ttes bonne. Le petit déjeuner copieux.
Un plus : l'hotel fourni des serviettes de plage tous les jours et change le linge de la chambre tous les jours.
La construction commence à dater mais cela ne perturbe en rien nos vacances.

Рядом с отелем есть магазинчики и кафешки. Лежаков хватает всем. Завтраки и ужины (брали полупансион) понравились, хотя иногда блюда были чуть переперченные. Фен, утюг, гладильная доска, чайник, сейф и холодильник в номере были. Чай, кофе и вода каждый день пополнялись.
Beau Vallon beach is beautiful - white sands and clear/calm waters. Loads of local spots to get something to eat or drink.
Felt like a bit of a ‘special deal’ offering is required from hotel manager for everything, which is unfortunate, as it gives the place a cheap feeling.
If I booked this hotel, I’d seriously consider breakfast only option then explore all local restaurants/bars for lunch and dinner. This will help stop being caught up in limitations on most hotel offerings.
Limited protection against sun (no umbrellas) for those who want to spend the day on the beach. Hotel seems to be going through a refurb, so lots of dirt/half finished works.
