Rude staff at check out
Cons:

When booking we specifically choose one queen and two single beds due to our situation, we had 2 queens, this ruined our stay as two of us did not sleep and had to have one sleep on the couch the entire time. We approached this with the young lady the next day she said there was nothing she could do which we accepted taking into account the Easter break. When we were checking out an older lady was there, we explained our situation, she got defensive straight away saying "what do you expect us to do", she told us we should have specifically written in our booking.com notes that we need these types of beds etc, very unprofessional, had her back up the whole time until I gave up due to her rudeness, terrible attitude and unprofessionalism, we won't be back and went to escalate this further.

Nice property, terrible staff and took more money than we agreed to pay

Cons:

The photos where not the property we stayed in felt very misleading with the listing, also the property took more money then what it was listed on booking.com and just told me that sorry that the way they do it will be complaining to booking.com as this feels very scammy , also the BBQ was in the apartment was unusable as it was that dirty

Too much money for all the issues

Nice spacious modern apartment

Cons:

The service for check in was horrible - no check-in instructions got bounced around from tower to tower carrying bags up and down the carpark and each time having to talk to someone different who can't find my booking and couldn't tell me which tower which I needed to be at, went back and forth between 3x towers twice. Took 2hrs to check-in

Keys and keypass does not work for the pool and gym area. Can go out the exit door but can't swipe back in. Got locked out there and had to use the fire exit to go down to outside of the building on main road and then through the lobby and back up to room to get in.

Relaxing two night beach getaway for a few nice dining options.
Pros:

Great location, with multiple restaurants and cafes just downstairs, and Bokarina beach accessible via concreted footpath.

Cons:

Not the problem of management, but accessibility and directions are a little confusing for now, as the place is very new and searching the address on Google maps takes you to the wrong location.

Nice location, nice apartments but overpriced for the standard we got.
Pros:

Location is fantastic.

Cons:

We weren’t checked in till 4pm. Showers had mould, dryer didn’t work. Conditioner was all clumpy and off so couldn’t be used. Carpets had stains. Balcony faced directly into another building so no view. No one available for checkout, so had to call a 1800 number which delayed our departure.
