Lovely homey and quiet place to spend the night.
Pros:

Very very friendly welcome, free, pastries at the front desk, nice breakfast selection, comfortable room

Cons:

I had booked a junior suite, and even though I was told we were being upgraded (not requested), the room we actually had was definitely not close to the size of what the junior suite is described as on booking.com. But the price was so great, I didn’t consider it a big deal.

Pros:

This was a spur of the moment booking and we could not have been happier! Our hostess was super nice and let us choose our room which was a quiet and wonderfully decorated room with great views. The breakfast was amazing... everything you could wish for was available! The location was central and perfect for us as we were exploring the various xc skating areas.

On a beaucoup aimé le cadre le style, la décoration, le petit déjeuner, c’était royal.

Cons:

Nous avons globalement passé un agréable séjour et nous tenons à souligner la qualité de votre accueil ainsi que la gentillesse de votre communication.

Toutefois, nous souhaitions partager un petit point qui nous a quelque peu dérangés. Nous avons reçu un message en soirée concernant un niveau sonore jugé trop élevé suite à une plainte d’un autre client. Le message en lui-même était très poli et bien formulé, et nous comprenons parfaitement l’importance de respecter la tranquillité de chacun.

Cela dit, il nous a semblé dommage de recevoir ce type de message de manière générale, sans vérification précise de l’origine du bruit, d’autant plus que celui-ci ne provenait pas de notre part. Même dans le cas contraire, il nous semblerait préférable d’identifier directement la source afin d’éviter toute confusion.

Nous partageons ce retour dans un esprit constructif, afin d’améliorer encore l’expérience client, qui reste par ailleurs très positive.
