Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable , l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé à 2 min à pied de la gare Osaka station .
La chambre est vraiment petite tellement qu’on peut ouvrir une grosse valise (160) que de moitié .
Location
Old room. Pillow is thinner than my blanket and when I asked for extra pillows from the front desk, I was questioned like I did something wrong before I got it.
I believe it shouldn’t be a problem for customers to just ask for additional pillows.
Also, the provided additional pillow is not the standard pillows, but instead it feels like a make shift with a wrapper wrapping around some beads?
Lights in the Hotel room are also really dim.
Will definitely not recommend and return to this hotel on my next visit to Osaka.
Affordable, convenient location, good breakfast
La zona es fabulosa, hermosa para caminarla y disfrutarla. Ideal para conectar con todas las líneas de trenes. La habitación muy amplia para lo que es Japón. Limpio, amable el personal. Con un sector amplio de máquinas de lavado/secado para la ropa (luego de mucho tiempo viajando es un plus de la comodidad)
Perfect location, close to the main station and close to plenty of stores (shopping malls)/restaurants. You are also in an area which is not that busy with people.
Room view was against a school building (I think it's a school building) looking into classes. It wasn't an issue though, because we were always out exploring the city.

I liked the location and proximity to Osaka station. Had all the amenities needed for the night and check-in check-out process was simple
Prima locatie een paar minuten lopen vanuit Osaka station, wat op zijn beurt weer een halte rijden in vanuit Shin-osaka station. Ontbijt heeft een ruime keuze tussen westerse en Japanse opties.
La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, a unos pasos de la estación del tren donde encuentras de todo (restaurantes, 7eleven, tiendas), fue muy fácil moverse desde ahí. Mi reservación incluía desayunos, estuvo muy variado y con buen sazón. La habitación era cómoda. El personal fue muy amable, nos trataron muy bien a pesar de la barrera del idioma. Lo recomiendo mucho.
