I had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a productive yet social environment.
The location is very convenient—it’s tucked away enough to be peaceful but still not far from the action in Seminyak and Legian, and it's an easy trip to the airport and nearby beaches.
The rooms are a standout feature. They are spacious, consistently clean, and even come equipped with a mini kitchen, which is a total game-changer for longer stays. Plus, the staff comes by to clean twice a week, so the space always feels fresh.
However, the absolute highlight is the 5th floor. Having the coworking space, the gym, and the pool all on the same level makes life so easy. It’s a fantastic hub for staying active and getting work done. It’s also a very cool place to meet other interesting and entrepreneurial people, which added a lot of value to my stay.
Finally, the staff are extremely nice and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. It really feels like a community here!

The price is cheaper than any other hotels. The location is good, walking distance to the beach and good to communicate to other place and to the airport. Staff are kind and helpful. Can watch Netflix!
The room we booked was leaking water from the window so staff helped us to change a room. However, the other room’s problem is many ants in entering room and we just moved in 10mins… and I got ants bites and had allergies to the bed sheets so staff helped us to clean the room again.
But still the towel smells bad, recommend to bring your own one.
If you don’t have budget it’s still a good place to stay for and staff are really nice and kind to help you.
If the room cleaning can be improved it would be a better place.
Totally regret booking here. The rooms smell damp and heavy perfume is used to cover it. The towels also smell horribly. Overall not worth even 300k/night for a private room
The location is rather quiet, nice personnel, great wi-fi quality, modern rooms.
