Overall good facility for a family stay, but the hotel need to work on the shuttle bus service.
Pros:

Good value for money and convenient for a family stay. Easy access to multiple locations like Masjid Quba, Masjid Qublatain, and Ohud Mountain. Some good restaurants and malls are in close proximity. A good parking facility is available.

Cons:

The shuttle bus service to Masjid Nabawi isn't upto the mark. The pick & drop area is quite far from the main entrance, not recommended for elderly people. You need to consider taking a taxi to Masjid Nabawi if not use your car.

The apartment size is lovely

Cons:

It's far from haram n the shuttle only goes specific times ,I was misled by a previous review saying its a 15 min walk when in fact it's over an hour
