A nice place to stay if you are in the area
Pros:

A Lovely, if quirky, place to stay in extensive grounds. It is very peaceful here just sitting on the veranda listening to the birdsong. There is some road noise during the day but not enough to worry about. The hosts were very helpful and the breakfasts superb. It is also very close to the famous Hamilton Gardens which are a must see place and also a peaceful riverside walk.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Maybe some cushions for the wooden chairs on the deck but our room also had comfy loungers.

Besser ein nettes Zimmer zentral in Hamilton!
Pros:

Ausreichend Parkplatz, nettes Personal

Lage: mitten in der Natur; Haus sieht von außen gut aus

Cons:

Metall-Fensterrahmen ohne Isolierung; im Haus ist es kälter als draußen; Badezimmertür nur zum Teil vorhanden;
Weit vom Zentrum für das Dinner entfernt , Frühstück enttäuschend. Gepäck über mehrere Ebenen die Treppe hinauf und herunter transportiert. Auch im Zimmer gab es eine Treppe.

Overall was a nice place to stay if your looking for something cheap but comfortable
Pros:

Nice staff and view was very nice. Good value for money.

Hallway was alittle creaky but rooms were not creaky and were nice.

A lovely venue for an overnight or large gathering plenty of room and lovely gardens
Pros:

The breakfast was superb. Good selection of breads fruit and cereal and especially good coffee. The bed was comfy shower water pressure good with plenty of towelling. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful

Quiet one night stay.
Pros:

Great eclectic property, extremely clean and spacious. Not in Hamilton proper but you are only a few minutes drive away from Hamilton. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. No issues at all. Nice, quiet one night stay.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb an der Straße. Dadurch ist es gut zu erreichen aber man braucht definitiv ein Auto! Leider verfügt das Hotel über kein Restaurant/Bar. Somit muss man abends mit dem Auto los….

A warm and welcoming place to stay.
Pros:

This is a lovely place to stay, set in the bush with gardens around. The hotel is older, think more like old English homes, with wooden floors that creak, steps here, there and everywhere, and a lovely ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and carried our bags up to our room when we arrived. The air-conditioning worked well, the water in the shower was warm and the flow strong, and there was a hand held shower rose. The bed was comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. The continental breakfast was extra nice, with a choice of fruits, cereals, toast, meat and cheese and spreads.

Cons:

If you have mobility issues, and can't manage stairs, this is not the place for you to stay. There were stairs in several places, including in our room, from the bathroom into our bedroom. The location is right on the main road, and there was some road noise.
