The guest accommodations is located on the upper floor level which does require the use of a flight of stairs. There is no elevator in the building. Had a great time at The Narrows Landing! The lady at the front desk was really lovely, helpful and welcoming. We had an event in Te Awamutu but also wanted to wonder around Hamilton, and i think this place was the perfect spot! Only 15-20mins away from Hamilton city centre
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Amazing experience, will definitely come stay again :)
Room cold and noisy due to nearby traffic
Beautiful spot with very nice hosts. We got upgraded to the best room i. Ghe house, spacious bathroom, spacious room with large balcony with lounge chairs. Good continental breakfast, with plenty of breads, yoghurts, fruits, cheese, meats and coffee or tea. Building constructed out of all recycled materials,has a 19th century industrial vibe,very nice indeed, eventhough we learned is was built in modern days, 1996. Regretfully,we only got to spend one night here. Top marks from us!

Lovely peaceful location
the location is so quiet, the rooms are glamourous and spacious. I especially liked the option of direct access to the deck from the corner room. nice big comfy armchair and the spa bath was fantastic.
the fridge seemed a little awkward to get into, but i wouldnt paint this as s negative thing.

Bathroom door could not be locked and anyway massive gaps at top and bottom where it didn’t meet the frame - about a 20cm gap top and bottom.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was large and clean. Facilities were good. Building is quirky but very nice. Breakfast was a lovely selection.

We had to cancel our booking at the last minute due to a family emergency. I rang and let them know and they were so amazingly nice about it. This would have been our 6th stay and we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Hamilton. We'll done The Narrows Landing!
