Beautiful location, breakfast looking over the views was a lovely start to the day. The breakfast was fantastic, the baked yogurt was delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
The room was nice and there was all you needed. I was offered fresh milk to take up for a drink which was thoughtful and appreciated. The room was warm and a nice size.
Gorgeous walks close by and lots of places to visit such as Grassington. Some good pubs nearby to eat.
The bed was not comfortable. It was on even ground and I slipped down the bed. Staff were really helpful and we moved room. The mattress was still too soft for us and we did not sleep well. Deliveries or staff coming to work early in the morning also disturbed us.
There was not many options on the dinner menu and the cooking was inconsistent and could really have been improved. I was disappointed my confit of duck was served with gelatinous skin instead of being crisp.
The room could have been cleaner, there was dust and cobwebs all up the walls.
Great location and staff were brilliant
Nothing
Very comfortable, beautiful scenery and the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing
Nice views, ample parking, decent sized well decorated rooom
Breakfast could be better, sausages undercooked, tinned mushrooms, bacon was very salty. Evening meal was OK but not great and would have preferred to eat in the restaurant and table was small for four people. The big room by the bar lacks something, the Rest of the place is comfy and welcoming, this area just looks unfinished and was quite cold as there are no curtains on the windows
Lovely breakfast location perfect
Nothing
Friendly welcome. Cosy fires.
Stair carpet looking worn.
The location was very good. The staff were very friendly.. the garden was lovely as were the views from the front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The car park was good and mostly the hotel was peaceful and quiet..
The room was disappointing. There was no view from the window and the windows were small and at the side of the hotel.. we were on the second floor up two full flights of stairs and there was no lift. Items of food on the menu were not available for example black pudding for breakfast one day and no muscles for a main course at one dinner time.. there was no fresh fruit available except as a fruit salad for breakfast and the bar did not serve cocktails!!!!
Breakfast was very good quality
They could have topped up bits in the room more often, or just provided more, such as milk sachets and toilet roll. Also, our room seemed to be above the catering extractor outlet and we got a few strong smells in the room when they were cooking
The location of the Fell is exceptional with gorgeous views all around. It is conveniently located near many quaint towns of which can be visited easily. The helpful staff were friendly and accommodating. Our dinner’s presentation was beyond compare and delicious. We highly recommend the restaurant.
The temperature outside was warm during the day, which impacted the temperature of our room at times.
Beautiful scenery

Lovely location, overlooking the village, bridge and river. Staff are ever-helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and bed very comfortable. Dinner was really good, as was breakfast. Definitely a place to revisit.
The breakfast was exceptional, I had ‘The Fell Breakfast’ which was excellent. All staff could not be faulted in their professionalism and friendliness.
Nothing.
