We had good feelings of the place
Pros:

The staff were responsive to our issue and addressed them promptly.

Cons:

The room has cigarette smell

Overall ok.
Pros:

It was clean. It was peaceful

Cons:

communication was a challenge, on-boarding to room key was a long waiting time. No indian restaurants nearby

Pros:

Low price. Lots of food places nearby.

Cons:

Reservation through booking.com wasn't found at the hotel. I had to essentially book a new room on the spot - which was fortunately available both at a lower price, and with an actual window view.

Address bit difficult to find. Had to consult a friend to find the actual spot (tip: use a chinese app like amaps).

Great price & good location overall
Pros:

Clean rooms, easy to access the hotel from the metro, and an amazing park just down the road. Great value for money, and a number of places to eat just over the road. Excellent shower!

Cons:

The room was newly fitted out, but the room was a little narrow - but not a major thing. Some rumbles from the metro and other rooms - but nothing major.
