Pros:

Simplesmente não gostei localização não agradável quando cheguei apertei o interfone 3 vezes ninguém atendeu só veio atender depois que uma pessoa que estava hospedada abriu o portão e aí então que conseguimos entrar

Toalhas com cheiro horrível banheiro não tava limpinho era pra passar uma noite, acabei vindo embora não consegui ficar ambiente péssimo nas fotos é uma coisa mas quando entra lá dentro é outra realidade

Não recomendaria à ninguém.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa próximo de lavanderias, comércio em geral.

Cons:

Acomodações dos quartos, somente as camas, não tinha nenhuma bancada ou armários para apoio, toalhas e lençóis insuficientes para o número de hóspedes. Fiquei sem toalha por um dia. Não fazem a limpeza dos quartos e nem banheiros enquanto estiverem ocupados os quartos. Não tem mantas, somente lençóis finos para dormir. O ambiente não é nada familiar.
