Personal super
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Personal waren super. Die Matratzen leider nicht gut für mich. Sehr hart. Lage super. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht nicht zwecks SBahn. Ich fande es sehr schade das die Parkgebühr auf dem eigenen Parkplatz erhoben wurde. Da passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Toller Aufenthalt für ein paar Nächte
Pros:

Schönes modernes Hotel in super Lage, da die S Bahn direkt ums Eck ist :-) Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Da die Züge dort vorbeifahren, kann man eher nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, wenn diese aber zu sind hört man wirklich kaum was.

Persona sehr freundlich :-)

Frühstück war ok. Nicht besonders außergewöhnlich aber es war alles da. Etwas mehr Obst und mehr Auswahl bei den Brötchen, dann wäre es top!

Zimmer gut, Service in bezug auf Buchung/Zahlung verbesserbar
Pros:

sehr nettes Hotel, sauber, nahe zum Flughafen Köln Bonn, gutes Bett

Cons:

Parken zusätzlich mit 25 €/ Nacht am Hotelparkplatz, Buchungssystem Hotelbird hat von mir nochmals eine Zahlung verlang obwohl Zimmer über Booking schon bezahlt wurde, wenig Unterstützung des Hotelpersonals bei diesem Thema

Pros:

Огромную благодарность выражаю всему дружелюбному персоналу отеля. А также поздравляю с первой годовщиной со дня открытия! Желаю вам процветания и добродушных клиентов.

Cons:

К сожалению не знал что оплата за проживание производится только по карте, были небольшие трудности. В номерах не хватает бутилированной воды и тапочек, так как пол прохладный.

Bei festem Schlaf gut😅
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Damit etwas flexibel. Alles da, was man braucht, sehr schöne große Dusche.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut 👍 Ein farbenfrohes Ambiente und bequeme Lounge- Möbel für einen zweiten Kaffee.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz kostet die Nacht 25,- € (parken Umgebung, damit weitere Wege) und es war sehr laut, Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Personal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein.

Für die erbrachte Leistung viel zu teuer
Pros:

Relativ neues Hotel, überwiegend junges Personal, 24/7-Check-in/out möglich (teils Rezeption besetzt, teils per Automat). Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen (falls denn nicht gerade ein Schienenersatzverkehr wegen Bauarbeiten eingesetzt wird). Zimmer klein, aber bei Ankunft sauber. Gym vorhanden, wurde aber von mir nicht genutzt, WLAN kostenfrei.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung während 3 tägigem Aufenthalt (wenigstens mal saugen, Mülleimer leeren, Waschbecken reinigen) - Fehlanzeige, bestelltes Lunchpaket wurde vergessen, Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar, auch hier hätte man von einem 8Punkte-Haus einen wenigstens optisch ordentlichen Fußboden erwarten können, das Personal hatte dafür leider keinen Blick.

Pros:

Great staff, very friendly and attentive.
However, to be honest, if you can get a room on the street side rather than the train side, I recommend it. My original room was facing the train tracks, and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise. That said, the staff immediately helped me and offered another room for the following nights, in a very friendly and professional way, at no additional cost.
